Excellent for monitoring activity and sleep. Battery life if great! App is comprehensive. Very good product

I had gotten myself an oura ring and when my husband saw mine he wanted one for himself so we went and got him one and he is absolutely obsessed! I use it for cycle tracking but my husband loves seeing his sleep patterns and calorie burn. We will definitely keep buying Oura rings as they continue to perfect they’re technology.

Readings are accurate as far as i can tell. More insight into overall health than Apple watch 11. One drawback is ive yet to get 8 days of charging from it. The most iver received was roughly 3.5 days. App is good and easy to understand

My Oura ring is great excellent sleep tracker and working well in my health journey

This was one of my best purchases to start reviewing my health. Battery life is great, around a week, and reports with trends are great. Some reports take time to understand and I wish there were more actionable steps to take when looking at reports but over all awesome product. Cons Watch will scratch on other metal surfaces so be careful.

Does all functions for tracking, battery life is good, BUT ring is thick and gets on way when lifting free weights.

Love this ! I liked buying from best buy because they have a display with all the ring sizes . I researched this ring a long time - I was reluctant to buy this one because of the subscription but it’s worth the money - love how it records my life events stress and sleep . Great it knows my workouts and works well with my Apple Watch . I recommend highly. I have the silver and amazingly after a month no scratches

I tried 3 different smart rings, and this is the only one I didn’t return. I was a bit worried about another subscription, but the insights on the app are worth paying for, if what you’re looking for is the ability to understand your body more. A bit annoying to work out with if you tend to grip weights hard. Might have to size up if your hands tend to swell throughout the day.

This ring helps me to manage my health issues, and has made it easier to make simple lifestyle changes with far-reaching benefits. It is more comfortable than a smart watch and, IMO, better looking. Very happy to have my Oura. Highly recommend!

No screen distractions. Just throw on the ring and go about your day. No need to charge it daily. No discomfort issues when sleeping. Love it. Wish the subscription was cheaper or offered more. This one was the wives. I purchased the gold.

I love it and it looks so nice on my finger. At first I was hesitant but with the sleep data it is super helpful.

After wearing the ring for about a month I can fully say I love it! From everything the ring track to how comfortable it is to wear. I am a person who doesn’t usually wear rings I’ve had no issues wearing it day and night. Also I was worried about how long it would take to charge, and I have come to find out that it take at most 30/45 min for a full charge and the app warns you when running low on battery.

Bought it for my spouse, good quality, feels soft and comfortable, battery lasts about 5 days, considering changing my iwatch for one of those

So far so good! Starts giving sleep metrix after first use but heart stats are collected after several days - am still contrasting between another body capture item I use but so far Oura appear a bit more detailed

I’m especially impressed by its built-in calming features, such as guided breathing and meditation sessions, which make it easy to pause and reset during a hectic day.

Overall, the ring gives me great insight into my health through the day and through the night. There are days where I feel like it is too much to keep wearing it (sometimes I need a break), but I think that is somewhat expected with any wearable device. I did observe a few scratches on the ring after only a few days. The dark satin finish makes it quite easy to see scratches.
