This ring was the perfect gift for my daughter! She loves it!! Worth the money!!

I like it, fits awesome keeps track of everything and its easy to charge while i shower to keep track of leases

Loved the ouroa ring sleep tracking verry acuarate heart rate great and steps oxegen level olso grate battery life last me 6 days the only thing i didint like was that you olso have to pay 6$ every month to get the good features other then that i loved the ring

I purchased the Oura - Ring 4 - Smart Ring for my wife as an adjunct tool to monitor her cardiac rhythm. She wore a Holter Monitor prescribed by her physician for 2 weeks, and I also purchased an Apple Watch Ultra for her to monitor her cardiac rhythm. The Ring 4 is the easiest to wear, charge, and monitor via its app. As her husband physician it was the simplest device to track for her. Now that she no longer needs it, I wear the ring on a different finger, and I enjoy the physiologic insights it gives me about my body.

This is my newest oura ring. Followed them since I heard they were coming out. Bought a second gen one and had for 6 months. Wouldn't charge. Oura sent me a brand new ring and it lasted for year and half. Started losing charge more quickly so upgraded to the newest. I have learned so much about how my body works with sleep habits and my health and how my energy levels work from sleep and how my body reacts to stress and how to offset it. Love this ring and the monthly subscription is worth it to me. They are always adding new things to the app and still learning about my body, even after years of using the ring!

I got this ring after a co worker let me know her sister had one and how much she loved it and all the things it did. Well I did buy and I wasn’t sure how I felt about it until after a week of using it. The more you wear it and log activities or meals, Oura gets to know you! It’s really a pretty neat device! It tracks your heart rate and sleep pattern. It gives you a readiness goal for the day and I love that! It helps me determine at times to either go to the gym or stay home. I’ve been working out 4 days a week and at times I feel tired or had a hard day at work and the Oura lets me know not to do over do it today and find time to relax. It advised me to avoid working out and heavy meals if possible. To me that’s beneficial so I don’t over exurt myself. I’m having some health issues and I am obsessed with knowing all the details every morning when I wake up!

One of my New Year's resolutions is to focus more on health and wellness. Incorporating this device into my workflow has helped a lot, even in the first month I've used it! I get a ton of helpful information through the app and many of the recommendations I've been given have helped not only recovery but also my mood. The subscription fee is something to consider, but I figure my health is worth the equivalent of a cup of Starbucks every month!

Purchased it for my Girlfriend here runs/gyms. She loves it! Helps her track her workouts and her sleep so she’s ready for the next day.

I’ve been using this for about a month. It does a great job giving me an idea of how my sleep has been and if I have any breathing irregularities. My main issue is that you can’t edit an activity from a previous day. It does a good job of recognizing when you are working out but sometimes it gets the length of the workout wrong. If you don’t edit it that day then you can’t the following day. Others have complained about this as well. Hopefully a software update will fix this oversight at some point.

I've owned this for a little over a month now. Fantastic tracking overall. I've not noticed any inconsistencies with it yet. However, you MUST take it off if you work with electric impact wrenches or you may damage the sensors. Other than that, great product!

Good Battery Life Easily Scratches so visually not so nice. Doesn’t sync well with Apple Health

What a great device! It gives me more insights than I expected. I like that it tells me that I need to relax, or that I am "coming down with something" before I even feel any symptoms.

I'm tatted, a lot. My expensive Garmin fenix 7 doesn't track my health anymore - but it's a great watch. So I decided to try a ring so I can get my workout and heartbeat stats. Initially I tried the Samsung ring, since it didn't have a monthly subscription. Didn't like the design of the ring and heartrate was only on demand. Meaning I had to go into the app and tell it to check HR. Oura is much better, with way better insights on HR and sleep. Syncs well to MyFitnessPal.
