It is a little too bulky and the oura app is easy to follow. I’m not sure if I would recommend to a friend just yet. I need a little mire time wearing it and using the app.

Nice device. Bought it for my wife because she did not like wearing the Apple Watch. It was not good at tracking steps, but then again that’s not one of its strengths. In terms of tracking sleep, and health patterns that’s where it shines. She had zero complaints about that and embraced it.

Love how I can tell if my body responds to a late meal or high sugar meal by noting elevated resting heart rate. I am using this ring to become more in tune to how my body reacts to various foods and rest…or lack thereof. Very accurate.

After comparing Oura and Whoop, I decided to go with the Oura ring. Primarily looking for sleep data, the Oura ring is great. Deep insights. I've had it for a month now and it even noticed when I was under the weather (sick). Good quality. Even wearing it during the day, I don't see any wear or scratches. And only have to charge it once a week.

I have a smart watch that does all the things this ring does. I think it is rude when people are constantly looking at their watch because they received an email or text. I was turning into one of those people so I thought I would give this a try. Would I buy it again.. no probably not! It is expensive. There are perks- I am obsessed with getting my sleep scores up. The Oura ring was so helpful a few weeks ago when I was sick. It took my temp and I didn't have to do anything! Very validating when you don't feel well and it says, take care of yourself, rest today your body is under stress. The loss of a star is due to the disappointment in the timeline. You take a picture of your food and the app rates the nutritional values. What it doesn't do is give you a caloric intake and output. It tracks you exercise and steps and gives you calories burned. I don't understand why it can't combine the two. Especially if a person is dieting. I guess I would recommend this ring, as long as the person buying it understands it's limitations.

Was very hesitant at first because I just didn’t know what to think about a product like this. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I love getting the insights and tracking different trends. Genuinely such an amazing product!!!
