This ring is a mixed bag. What it does well is track sleep. It is the best i have found at matching what i feel upon awakening. I have a Sleep Number bed and it will often give me a good score when i perceive i have had a terrible nights slerp. The ring is really bad at tracking workouts. DO NOT buy this for fitness tracking. Get a cheap Fitbit or even better a Garmin watch. The ring itself has very little ability to track workouts. I was using Strava to export to Oura, but even that has stopped working. I took another star because not only did my original ring fail after a few months, but my wife's is also starting to fail, often dying after just a day or two and refusing to synch. Overall, probably the best ring, but only buy if you prioritize sleep tracking.

Love my ring. I live by it. It help so much with following my menstrual phases and ovulation. I got pregnant the same month I tracked my cycle

Finally got an Oura ring. I already have an apple watch, but I love the Oura ring specifically for sleep and for the reminders about my bed time and stress levels and when to take it easy. I am really enjoying it so far.

I got the brushed silver finish! The Oura ring is the best in the market for smart ring. The features in the app and the ring is top notch! Oura ring gen 4 fit and finish all titanium and comfortable to wear. All the tracking you need about your health is in this ring is awesome!

It’s okay, scratches easily and I don’t know if there isn’t enough info or if I haven’t spent enough time with the app to understand the true value. You don’t get notifications for high heart rate or anything concerning unless it’s out of the ordinary for your body. Which if you always have higher readings or something you’ll not get notified. Overall it’s cute but I’m not sure it’s worth what you pay.

First I LOVE this ring and rje informarion it provides. BUT I have had since 3/22 amd its 3/27 and to say it scratches easy is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! It already looks like crap!!! For the price Oura needs to do better! No sense in exchanging because it’ll do the same thing! I would highly recommend a protector and to not wear until you have it on the ring!!!!

Once you get past the bulky feeling, the Oura Ring 4 really feels like a constant health advisor that's available at quick glance. It provides excellent feedback regarding sleep score, cardiovascular age and even has a new symptoms add-on that will try to catch sickness early! Would highly recommend!

My oura ring 4 is terrific! I thought I wasn't getting enough sleep, turns out I was getting enough sleep but not enough deep and rem sleep. Our also alerted me to a high fever and lowe energy. I really love this ring!

Thank you! The battery life in the Oura is AWESOME. I switched from Ultrahuman and the battery life on that ring is horrible. 60% battery loss in 12 hours. With the Oura in 12 hours I only lost 10%.

Amazing ring! The biometrics are the ones that i needed. Be sure to do the sizing first. Battery life is really great 5-6 days for me.

Better than I expected! You select a focus personalized to you so you are getting information tailored to your goals. The reminders are subtle and targeted. The battery life really lasts 1 week! The only downside is the small scratches on the bottom of the ring but they cannot be seen unless you are looking.

I love having the review of my health each day at the tips of my fingers. The sleep tracking + the menstrual tracking each day has done me wonders knowing what is going on with my body.

My wife and i both bought one. It gives a lot of information and metrics. If you act on the information then it seems to be beneficial. I have improved my heart age by half a year already. It is noticeable with some activities like driving.

I got this ring as a gift for my wife and she loves it. The app is miles ahead of other fitness/wellness apps and the sleep tracking has been a cool feature to have as wearing a watch to bed isn't comfortable.

Definitely recommend it keeps me on track withh my health
