It’s super discreet — doesn’t even look like a health tracker — but it gives me so much helpful insight about my sleep, energy, and how my body’s really feeling each day.     I’m finding my Oura ring helpful in improving my sleep. I’m at the age where I really need to get enough and the right type of sleep. I monitor my sleep with the Oura ring and am learning a tremendous amount about improving my sleep and heart health. It’s also a great tool for becoming more aware of your daily activities to keep you active. I like that it also indicates when you’ve done too much and your need to relax and restore. Can’t tell you how much I love this ring. I don’t even know I have it on it’s so comfortable and I’m feeling confidant doing about anything with it on. It’s solidly made and I feel that its reliability in both its operation and durability.
