This is my second Oura ring. I don't go a day without wearing. My first ring lasted almost 3 years to the day and prior to not holding a battery any longer I had zero issues. It's a fashion piece but also helps me track my cycle and is very accurate with the temperature measurements. I can't see myself ever not owning one.

Great gift and does great at tracking anything you need. Connects well with the Apple heath app as well as other third party health apps. Great alternative for those who would like to track sleep but dislikes sleeping with a watch on.

I bought it as a gift for my wonderful girlfriend, and ever since she got it, she has not gone on a day without wearing it, she loves it. It counts her steps and how active she’s been. She loves being able to track how she sleeps. And when it tells her that she has had spikes in her stress levels. That reminds her to take a breath and take a step back. The ring size was perfect, she loves everything about the product. I was sitting right next to her when she was setting it up and she got it done within 15 minutes. I think it’s helped her with a lot of the things that she’s wondered about for so long It’s really reliable battery wise She hasn’t had an issue with the software or app Overall, I think it’s a wonderful product and so does she I would give it a 10 out of 10

I’m giving it time to fully get to know my body and align all the data—it’s clear that the insights get better the longer you use it. At this stage, I’d say it’s a nice-to-have, not a necessity. If you're into weightlifting, the ring definitely takes some getting used to. It’s not perfectly optimized for that kind of movement yet, but I’m curious to see how it adapts over time. Pro tip: get a cover for it as soon as possible! It'll protect the ring from scratches and help it stay in great shape.

Love this ring! At first I was hesitant because of the reviews. However, I love that it tracks my sleep and tells me my readiness for my day! I can barely feel the ring on my finger at night. Also their is a subscription for every thing so that really doesnt bother me. I haven’t had any scratches but I have brought ring covers from Amazon, if I want to change from silver to gold or vice versa.
