I love my Oura Ring! It's helped me analyze my sleep habits so much and it's improved tremendously. And of course, it looks great on top of that - I use it everywhere! :)

Great for sleep and activity tracking. It also connects to my glucose monitor and integrates with that data. Best thing, a lot less bulky and uncomfortable to wear compared to the Apple Watch.

About a month in now and really liking the Oura ring. I don't even notice that I'm wearing it anymore and it's taught me so much about my sleep, how it affects me, and what's actually happening while I'm in bed. Just don't be dumb like me and scratch it against other abrasive metals like gym dumbbells!

Got this replace the OURA 3 version I ahd. Like the stats that it provides me. Battery life is good as well. So far for me it works well.

Super product that provides multiple types of information on the health of the wearer. I use mine to track my steps, sleep, and heart rate. Oura tech is great, and frequently adds new types of information. Extremely easy to sync with a phone.

I really love this ring! The 4th gen lasts about 5-6days battery wise, which is very long in my opinion ! It does scratch, but thats expected with any piece of jewelry!

I found that the Oura ring was a very attractive ring, (Wasn't expecting to like the looks one way or another, but it's simple and classy.) I find myself checking my "stats" a couple of times a day, to see if I'm making progress. (To my surprise, I am.) And I have had numerous people notice my Oura, and ask me my thoughts. It was a very good purchase!

I’ve had the Oura ring now for over four months. It has been a nice addition to my fitness program and has helped me a lot to understand my sleep patterns. I have had no problems and would definitely recommend the ring to anybody. The app is terrific and is an integral part of my life now. The ring does a sleep study every night. The sleep study has helped me understand how I sleep and how to improve my sleep. With the understanding that I’ve gotten from the app my sleeping has generally improved over the last four months. I work out every day. The ring and app track my activity and my heart rate. Through the additional knowledge, I’ve been able to regulate my eating and argument, my fitness program through additional activity. I started biking again for the season. I was delightfully, surprised that the ring tracks my route and my heart rate and other vitals throughout my bike riding. It is great.

Fits perfect. As a former athlete, I've had many activity tracker watches. Suunto and Garmin both. I wanted this mostly for sleep tracking but have been surprised by how well it does with activity. Lots of options to connect with other apps as well.

I was skeptical before I purchased, but did the research and bought the ring. I am very happy with my decision! It complements my watch in tracking my sleep, workouts, stress levels and glucose. It has helped me make some adjustments and to regulate some habits better. Great ring, unobtrusive and beneficial!

I like the Aura ring but don't wear it daily. When I wear it, it is accurate in tracking my health and fitness. It is also fashionable and blends in with other jewelry.

The Oura Ring has been an excellent purchase. I am becoming more conscientious of my sleep patterns as well as it is comforting being able to readily monitor and have my health numbers available and monitoring through my phone at all times.

My husband has MS, which can be debilitating. We purchased this to see if it would help give us a better understanding of where he is using most of his energy and how to monitor it. It’s actually given us a lot of insight and we have considered purchasing one for myself as well.

This Oura Ring has provided great insight to my health and daily tracking of vitals and where my overall health stands. The fitting options were great and it holds a charge for so long. Also charges super fast so you hardly have to take it off.

I like that it tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), body temperature, and blood oxygen levels. I like wearing the ring at night rather than my watch. Although I think the ring is too expensive.

I love how it tracks many things. I would recommend it for women who have issues with their periods. It helped to know when you're getting when you are irregular. Also, it told me days before getting sick so that was weirdly cool. I would recommend sizing up. I does get scratch easy.
