I came from a galaxy ring after about a year I started having battary problems where the ring did not really hold a charge and the samsung health app did not give good info. So I made the switched to the oura ring, I was annoyed about the membership, especially since the ring is so expensive. But then I realised something bigger... the ring itself mainly covers the cost of materials. The membership gives you access to the app’s insights, personalised metrics, software updates and the people behind it. it’s what makes the ring’s data actually useful.

I got these for the whole family. Easier to wear to bed and monitor sleep patterns. A lot great and fun insight to your life. Counts steps, provides meditations suggestions, etc. Battery life is almost 2 weeks!

Keeps track of my good sleep. Better than wearing a watch.

The Oura ring gives me great insight into my sleep and daily stress. It also tracks my activity, and I am able to log my meals. It is great for getting a better understanding of your overall health. I don't like that you have to pay for a subscription to be able to use the ring, that is the only downside

Absolutely love! I loved my Apple Watch for all the tracking of my health and fitness but never loved the bulk of it on my wrist. The ring is just so simple and easy and does all the same tracking but more in depth.

So far I like it a lot. I've had sleep issues and this has been very good at keeping a sleep record for me. Including heart monitoring. My pulse drops low when You sleep, but not too low thank God.

Excellent information. Easy to use. The app is very helpful. The battery lasts a week and it charges very quickly. It is easy to measure exercise and sleep patterns.

I got this for my wife and she absolutely loves this. The ring has provided her enough details with regard to health, to the point where she has become physically active.

Sizing rings seem to be a but smaller than actual ring size. I wore an 8 in sizing kit rings but my size 8 oura ring is definitely bigger. The sizing kit would often run sung to make me question sizing up, glad i didnt. Now im having to ys lasux and its making it even looser

This ring is a wealth of information for people who want to get up to date and collated health information. Additionally, it fits nicely and pairs with other gold items.

I absolutely love it! It tracks everything and I mean everything, they are constantly testing and coming out with new feature they can be tracked along side with other devices like now a glucose monitor! I hate that so many people don’t like it because of the membership you do have to pay for but, if you are really trying to get into monitoring you body and focusing on your health it is definitely worth the money over all! I’ve only had it for 2 months but the amount of data that is has already tracked is amazing!
