Great experience with my Oura ring! The app is worth the cost and the ring works great. My only complaint is that it scratches easily.

I love my oura ring so far ~ with the Apple Health to Claude Integration I'm able to see my full health data in 1 place and use AI to report and ask questions about my health. I was hesitant because I lose so many rings but this one fit perfectly based on the sizing kit and I haven't had any issues.

Good ring and seems pretty accurate. I put a cover over it and it does make it bigger but keeps it protected. Battery last about 5 days and charges in under two hours. I would recommend this product.

It fits great, is comfortable to wear and looks very nice on. It gives me so much helpful health information that it overwhems me. Im still learning what it all means. May take a while. I love it!

The Oura ring is a fabulous piece of self-care technology that looks good too! It shines brightly among the ‘fitness tracker’ options. The app is user friendly, very educational and supports achieving your personal wellness goals!

I have been using an Oura ring since generation one. This is my third Oura ring. It’s a fantastic product for monitoring not just sleep, but also general health. Unless you need the functionality of phone calls or music that a smart watch provides, this ring is all you need to track your health and fitness. I highly recommend it.

The ring is super cool doesn’t seem to track burned calories accurately. But it does track sleep well. I've had a whoop before & I would say it tracks sleep slightly better. Only downside is it’s not really great at tracking lifts, & forms of workouts.

Very happy with the whole process. Was able to size the ring appropriately for me in the store, and since then I've loved having this insight into my health, especially sleep quality and when my body is fighting some bug. I think the device and app provides a lot more features for women then men, such as cycle tracking, but overall happy.

The information the Oura Ring 4 provides, particularly on my sleep habits is very interesting and useful! Also like the tracking of heart rate and O2sat readings.

I love my oura ring, but it scratches easily, it’s hard to keep up with at first and it matters that you get the correct size. If you lose weight you’ll have to get a new one. I love the tracking but there’s a lot more to it than the $5.99 charge a month

The insights help me make better decisions with my health, and I like that it’s comfortable enough to wear all day and night without even noticing it. Definitely one of the best health tools I’ve used.

this has been a game changer; I don't like wearing things on my wrist at night. so this has been a great addition for all day and night wear. this has helped me be more aware of when I should be going to bed at night. I like that recently have been a little under the weather and there are tags you can add to let the ring know why you're not feeling well. I really like the combination of wearing the ring and a smartwatch during the day. this is slim enough that I don't really know I'm wearing it; would buy again

The best to track sleep, heart rate and any health. Way more accurate than any of the other health tracking devices. Love how long it could go without charging for days.
