    I love this ring. It tracks everything, my steps, my sleep, heart rate and as an older person with health issues it helps me keep my heart health in check. It tracks so many other things that I have not even investigated yet, but I definitely plan on doing that. If you have ever thought about purchasing one, please do so because you won't be disappointed.

    I absolutely love my Oura Ring! I bought it through Best Buy and had a great experience from start to finish. I took advantage of a Black Friday deal, and the delivery was incredibly fast. it arrived in just one day. I chose in-store pickup, and everything went smoothly. The product arrived in perfect condition, well packaged, and exactly as expected. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend both the Oura Ring and buying it through Best Buy.

    Readings are accurate as far as i can tell. More insight into overall health than Apple watch 11. One drawback is ive yet to get 8 days of charging from it. The most iver received was roughly 3.5 days. App is good and easy to understand

    So far, this ring reports on more health issues than I can keep up with. It has even found a time when I don't breathe at night. I will check with my dr on this problem. I think any adult would be happy with this ring and what health information it finds to report on. It does take a while to learn all the nuances, but it is worth it. I highly recommend it
