If you are looking to choose between the samsung ring or Oura ring, choose the Oura ring. The app is very detailed when it comes to your workouts, sleep, daily life. It's also comfortable and it doesn't stand out when you are wearing it.

I haven’t owned the Oura Ring for a super long time but I do love having it! I think it does an amazing job tracking my sleep and it also picked up when i had gotten sick. I prefer this over my apple watch, better battery life and tracking capabilities. Only negative is the sizing doesn’t have half sizes. I was in between a size 8 and 9. Went with 9 because the 8 was just a tad too snug. I feel an 8.5 would have fit perfectly. Very comfortable on as someone who doesn’t wear rings to bed. Love it so far!

Definitely love this ring! I thought I would have more health anxiety but it actually helped me with not freaking out all the time. Def recommend!

I purchased the Oura - Ring 4 - Smart Ring for my wife as an adjunct tool to monitor her cardiac rhythm. She wore a Holter Monitor prescribed by her physician for 2 weeks, and I also purchased an Apple Watch Ultra for her to monitor her cardiac rhythm. The Ring 4 is the easiest to wear, charge, and monitor via its app. As her husband physician it was the simplest device to track for her. Now that she no longer needs it, I wear the ring on a different finger, and I enjoy the physiologic insights it gives me about my body.

I bought it for my husband that wanted to keep track of his health a little better. He loves it. It charges super fast, it notifies him when it’s completely charged. He can see his sleep patterns, heart rate, blood pressure, etc. Is helping a lot managing his life style and seeing where he needs some improvement or changes.

The battery life is great. I love the app data collected once it collaborated more than my Apple Watch. It's chunky is the only negative.

I really like what the Oura ring tracks, but I wish I had more than 2 weeks to return for another size. Overall, happy with the purchase.

I’ve had the Oura Ring 4 for a while now and overall I'm impressed. It’s one of those gadgets that quietly does its job and mostly gets out of your way. If you care about sleep, recovery, health insights, and want something very lightweight and unobtrusive, the Oura Ring 4 is excellent. It’s especially good if you don’t need the distractions of notifications or a display, but instead want something more “set‑it‑and‑forget‑it” that gives you meaningful metrics.

I love my ring! It’s so cute and does wonders for cycle tracking, movement, heart rate etc. if you have the chance to get this- get it. Absolutely no regrets! This is insanely accurate tracking !
