    I dont know how I ever lived my life without my oura ring. Its super helpful as a mom of 2 young kids to see where I’m lacking as far as sleep, energy, etc. i also use it for cycle tracking.

    I LOVE my Oura ring. Cannot see myself without it. All the health monitoring features are so amazing, and I love the ability to track my cycle with Natural Cycles. Could not recommend this product enough

    The Oura is such a great product for an everyday use but the only thing that I don’t like or feel comfortable is when at night time I get swollen my ring gets stuck and it discomfort. I even purchased a one size bigger and it doesn’t work at all.
