I purchased the Oura Ring as a gift for my spouse, and she was genuinely excited to receive it. The design is sleek, comfortable, and feels very well made, which made a great first impression right out of the box. She has enjoyed exploring the health and wellness features, especially the sleep and activity insights. The app is easy to navigate, and the information feels clear and useful for building better daily habits.

Me and my wife got these about a month ago took some time for it to gather data but seems more accurate than our Apple Watches also nice to not have to charge it every day.

I'm an Oura ring customer and thought I'd upgrade to the gen4 after having the gen 3 ring for a while, overall, it's the same with a sleeker design and better battery (still really great!) BUT the sizing is different than Gen 3. For example, I'm a size 8 on the Gen3 and I knew the sizing would be slightly off so I bought a size 7 and it was way too tight. I returned for a size 8 and it is way too loose now. I can't even use an adhesive spacer since the ring sits perfectly flush with the new charger. Overall, great ring but for the price, the sizing needs to be better. I'll be returning for the old Oura model. I plan to upgrade when Oura comes out with half sizes!

Wanted something that would track my sleep and health. Does more than expected. It’s comfortable and discrete. I wear it on my wedding ring finger as I don’t like the bulkiness of smart watches. The battery last a full week.

Was a gift for my wife. She was recommeded this from a friend. As she has had this now for about a month she has been able to track her sleep schedule much more accurately and has been able to adjust daily to different needs per day. she loves the product and would recommend this to track your daily health and sleep patterns.

Find the Oura ring even more detailed and easier to use than my Apple Watch Ultra. It’s unobtrusive to activities, and looks like a piece of jewelry. I read all of the research that Oura has gone through. And, the latest is the 4th version; most others are the 1st version so they still have work to do.

The Oura Ring Gen4 is a massive step forward in wearable tech. I’ve been wearing it for a while now, and the first thing I noticed is how much more comfortable it is compared to other trackers. The new interior design is sleek, and I often forget I’m even wearing it. The sleep tracking remains the best in the industry—it gives me incredibly accurate insights into my recovery and readiness every morning. I also love how the sensors have been improved; the heart rate and blood oxygen data feel very consistent. The battery life is solid, easily lasting me several days on a single charge. If you want high-level health data without the bulk of a traditional smartwatch, the Oura 4 is absolutely worth the investment. It’s elegant, durable, and the app is very intuitive.

I really like this ring. The color is aesthetic, and the entire nature of it is easy to use. It looks good with every outfit, and it matches everything. I paired it with the Ark phone case, and now I feel like I have a great duo on my hand. The battery life is amazing, and I love opening the app every single morning and night to see what I need to work on the next day. I mostly use it to track my sleep, and the deal I got on this ring on Black Friday was amazing; almost $200 bucks off. I highly recommend the sizing kit so that you really know what size to get. I got the size 11 and first checked with the sizing kit if it's really my size, and then I found out that you need to get the Oura ring one size bigger than what you are and so I got the size 12 and exchanged it. Best purchase ever! I highly recommend it.

Looks great. It was 150 dollars more than the silver ring but my wife loved it more. Im not sure the price difference was justified for being gold plated. Otherwise the app is great and the analysis is great for tracking sleep and activity.

Really helpful and accurate it gets to know your routine and lets you know a lot

I have been wearing my Oura 4 ring for a month now and I really like it. I have worn it at the gym and in the pool and it still looks great. I had read about it scratching easily, but I have not seen that so far. Given me great insights on my health and when the app makes a suggestion, it frames it in a positive way. My only negative comment and it is very minor: the manufacturer advertises up to 8 days of battery life. My ring is down 20% by the end of one day so best battery life I 4-5 days (in fairness, I wear a size 14 and Oura does say ring size can affect battery life)

Getting sick? It knows! Need better sleep? It will tell you! Have a fever? It will let you know! This little ring is my body's way of speaking to me in English! It's fantastic! I can check everything I need too with this little looker! It's also sleek and pretty! Ring for the win!

Love my Oura ring and all the health benefits it gives me. Cycle tracking and battery life. 10/10 recommends!

I honestly thought these might be over rated but I haven’t taken mine off since I got it! I love how it tracks my sleep pattern and activity levels. The app is very in depth and interactive. If you want to improve your knowledge on your own personal health, the Aura ring is a great tool!

Glad to say I’m pleasantly surprised here. I’m not a jewelry guy, a relatively healthy man in his thirties, and already have a smart health watch, so it was a long shot to take the plunge into a health ring, but I’m glad I did. Using Oura’s ring sizing kit is recommended as the ring sizes are similar but slightly different than a normal ring. It was easy to use and helped me easily pick my size (11). As for the ring itself, I selected the black coating which looks sleek and is my favorite color, so thumbs up there. Out of the box, packaging looks impressive with the ring and charging base included. The ring fit as expected from the sizing chart and my wife was shocked at how lightweight it was. I hardly notice I’m ever wearing it and can’t stand wearing jewelry so that has been a pleasant surprise. Past just fitting on your finger, the hardware starts and stops there, but that’s where the software comes into play. Normally I’d complain about app associated software but with the ring, it’s a no brainer as the ring is useless without the app. Setup was easy but took a tad longer than expected, nothing I’d dock them for. The app is designed to track health metrics and also tied into other health apps such as the iOS app, and even brings in data from my orange theory band. Makes it REAL easy to use. I decided to take a chance and turn on push notifications which I’m not sure that I’ll keep on but again, I’m pleased with how non invasive that is. They basically only notify me to prep for bed, when I hit my activity goal, and when the battery is low. The app tracks more than I could list but learning about my heart rate, recovery rate, rest cycles and quality has all been very interesting and easy to track. The only two downsides here (and one is my fault), is that while this is waterproof and solid, one of the warnings is to not wear the ring while lifting weights as it may damage the exterior. I figured I’d have some leeway and could be careful… nope. First workout when I lifted weights, even carefully, it scratched off some of the black exterior. It’s unfortunate but DO NOT WEAR THIS WHEN LIFTING WEIGHTS! Secondly, the battery is relatively unimpressive. I figured it’d last for weeks or even a month at a time but the battery barely lasts six days. Charging takes a few hours but it’s annoying nonetheless. Either way, the pros easily outweigh the benefits and as long as the paint finish and batter my can stay in tact, I’ll plan to use this for years to come!
