    This ring but has made my training and recovery go to the next level. The insights are very useful to ensure you're training to the best of your potential without buring out. The only downside is the battery doesnt last as long as i'd like, I get 4 days at most with one full charge.

    Love the oura ring for tracking my heart rate and sleep. Did have an issue with it but Oura was able to find the cause and send me a replacement.

    Great tracking of my metrics. I’ve had it maybe 2 weeks but already scratched it, might be best to get a silicone cover or the upgraded one. For price i believe It shouldn’t have already scratched.

    I have had my ring for about a month now and I’m so impressed and obsessed. I love how it tracks things like my body showing even minor signs of something going on. It told me I was ill before I tested positive for the Pandemi Covodo. 10/10 recommend.

    This is comfortable to wear and looks nice. The data it gives me is more then the apple watch has ever and has helped me stay up on my health. It reminds me to stretch my legs when i need to and very easy to sleep with it on. I would recommend this device to everyone. I am living with EDS and POTS. Has helped cut my episodes down to over half. LOVE this device.

    Great ring. Is not heavy at all and doesn’t look bulky in your hand. The oura app give all kind of good data about your sleep, heartbeat rate and temperature to keep you healthy. It does charge you 6 dlls for the app subscription but totally worth it. It does scratch easily so wear a cover if you plan using it during workouts and weightlifting

    Love how I can tell if my body responds to a late meal or high sugar meal by noting elevated resting heart rate. I am using this ring to become more in tune to how my body reacts to various foods and rest…or lack thereof. Very accurate.
