Bought this one for my wife after I had mine for a couple months. I find the ring more comfortable to wear than watches and the app is easy to use and I find myself utilizing multiple areas of the app for everyday analysis of myself.

The ring is nice but I have to say sizing is definitely an issue. I sized it for the ring finger because I read that it will work in any finger except for the pinky. My concern is that I don’t think mine is working correctly in the ring finger. I think it might be more accurate in the index finger. I am giving 3 stars because I am still not seeing the accuracy of the data but I am assuming it is because of the fit. And I tried to exchange it but. - if you got your ring during the Black Friday deal - 30% off- keep in mind that you won’t be able to exchange it now if you don’t pay for the difference. Which is ridiculous because Best Buy should honor the pricing when it is an exchange. No one told me this when I bought it, if I knew this, I would have exchanged it sooner, now I am reluctant to pay additional money for the same ring. I my because it seems to me that it is not working the way it should. I will go to a different store tomorrow and see if I have better luck which more reasonable employees.

I was hesitating about getting this ring. I'm glad I did. To be honest, it's been helping me a lot tracking how I sleep, my heart rate and all the extra things I'm still learning

Loving it so far!!! I've had this ring for a few weeks now and have worn it consistently to be able to provide an accurate review. I've also compared it with the information from my apple watch and it seems pretty consistent with the data from that. Love being able to see my sleep data and stress levels throughout the day to make necessary life changes where needed. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing an Oura ring!

Love my Oura Ring! Used the fit guide to make sure I ordered the right size. The Oura app is an additional cost, but I think it’s worth it. I love the insights, especially on my sleep and stress. Downside, it’s not the best at picking up activity so I do still wear my Apple Watch for workouts. But it’s on point for everything else, especially if you can’t sleep in your watch like me.

I was leery when I purchased this for my granddaughter, but she absolutely LOVES it! This was the best Christmas present I could've gotten her. I would strongly recommend it.

This is the second time I purchased this ring. Love the way it tracks everything. I lost weight and my size 12 rose gold no longer fit so I purchased size 8 different budget so I went with this color. Not as feminine as I would want but still love it.

I love this ring and its components, its functions and elements. the tracking facilities are great and I love that it has the sleep apnea tracker.

I got this ring after a co worker let me know her sister had one and how much she loved it and all the things it did. Well I did buy and I wasn’t sure how I felt about it until after a week of using it. The more you wear it and log activities or meals, Oura gets to know you! It’s really a pretty neat device! It tracks your heart rate and sleep pattern. It gives you a readiness goal for the day and I love that! It helps me determine at times to either go to the gym or stay home. I’ve been working out 4 days a week and at times I feel tired or had a hard day at work and the Oura lets me know not to do over do it today and find time to relax. It advised me to avoid working out and heavy meals if possible. To me that’s beneficial so I don’t over exurt myself. I’m having some health issues and I am obsessed with knowing all the details every morning when I wake up!

Don’t know what my daughter did without it. This was a gift she had been wanting for quite awhile. Works well for fitness, sleep, temperature quise, cycle, etc. she says it keeps better track than her watch. She has been stopped quite a few times by others who are interested in one and she gives it rave reviews

I’m still learning about the benefits of the ring. So far I do like the gold band, very comfortable so no issue with wearing 24/7 and battery lasts a week. And the sleeping data is interesting. So far it’s good.

We use Oura Ring to help track sleep. It is very helpful in determining what is affecting our routines, and what could be altered to increase our rest and energy levels.

Wife loves her Oura. It is a good hassle free sleep tracker - although we think it indicates more "awake" time than actually occurs during sleep. Make sure you send a lot of time with ring sizing kit before you decide on a size.

The oura ring is amazing. Looks like an accessory but it is more than that, it gives you key insights of your health.

This product has been working great for me. No issues and the battery life is excellent.

Works great and the fit is good. I was getting data showing that my sleep was not optimal and I was able to confirm and correct the issue with my doctor. I feel great now. Does not scratch.

Easy to wear and provides good insights on sleep and activity. Readiness, lowest heart rate, and heart rate variability are useful things to know. Easier for me to keep it on 24/7 than a watch.
