Works great and my mom is even thinking about getting one.

Ive has this ring for 3 month and still loving it. It detects when I’m fighting something or when my temp is elevated. I mostly use the activity tracker, sleep tracker, and menstrual tracker. It’s comfortable to wear all the time and sleep with. Great investment. Happy I was able to get one!

Great for sleep and activity tracking. It also connects to my glucose monitor and integrates with that data. Best thing, a lot less bulky and uncomfortable to wear compared to the Apple Watch.

This Oura Ring has provided great insight to my health and daily tracking of vitals and where my overall health stands. The fitting options were great and it holds a charge for so long. Also charges super fast so you hardly have to take it off.

The Oura ring is one of the best purchases I’ve made. It has let me know when I need rest and to not strain my body. There is multiple features in the app that let you know of different studies that you can be a part of and overall see what is actually happening to your body and what that can mean. I give it an overall 5 star rating the only thing that would make it lose a point is that you have to subscribe to the app other then that 10/10

[Employee of bestbuy] Purchased this for my wife. She has slim fingers so we made sure to size in store. I would recommend to size down. After 6 months the ring still looks good, no significant scratches or discoloration after consistent everyday wear. Battery life is great still and gets charged to 100% while getting ready for bed. The yearly subscription is worth it in my opinion because it gives you deeper insights to your biometrics and lets you use the ring to its full potential.

I recently got the Oura Ring 4 in brushed silver, and I love it! The color is so nice and fancy, it looks like jewelry but also tracks everything I need. It feels really comfortable and light, and I forget I’m even wearing it most of the time. The setup was super easy, and the sizing kit helped me get the perfect fit. I’ve been using it to track my sleep, steps, and recovery, and it’s been really accurate so far. I’m very happy with this purchase, it looks great and works great too!

I like that it tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), body temperature, and blood oxygen levels. I like wearing the ring at night rather than my watch. Although I think the ring is too expensive.

Make sure to use the size guide, I had to exchange for a smaller size. Other then that been very useful, I enjoy the stats that help keep me up to speed with my health.

I bought the Ring for my husband with the expectation that it would be a convenient option for notifications and activity tracking, and in terms of basic functionality, the product does its job. However, the device doesn’t offer as many options or customization as we had hoped, making it less useful for my husband’s daily needs. Pros: Basic functionality works well Comfortable and easy to use. Good battery life. Cons: Limited in terms of additional features. Not as versatile as other similar devices. Overall, the Ring could be useful if you’re looking for a simple device for notifications, but if you’re after something with more features, it may not be the ideal option.

The Oura ring has been an excellent addition to my wearable tech line up. I wear my applae watch during the day and take it off at night and the Oura ring 24/7 except to charge and actives that might damage it. It’s very comfortable to wear and the battery life is excellent.

The service at the store was outstanding. The customer service person explained everything about the ring. H was so helpful. So far the ring is working great and I am getting lots of data.
