    So far loving it! It's super light and do not even feel you have it on. Easy to set up, the app is amazing. Clean, easy to read and just the metrics you need. Others can get be a bit of data overload.

    I’ve been wanted to buy the Oura ring for several years and recently I just decided to purchase it instead of getting other people viewpoints on the product.     I love Oura Rings! I love being able to track my sleep and know how much I’ve slept. It’s really good at tracking steps and picking up on if you are starting to not feel good. I cannot recommend enough!

    First I will say that this is a life monitor and not an athletic tracker. The sleep tracking is superb and the stress monitoring is insightful. That app is perhaps the most valuable part because all the data is useless if it’s not curated into a useful pleasant interface. I check it regulary throughout the day because I love all the insights. With that being said, the ring is useless for athletic tracking. It doesnt pick up my heart rate when I run or even recognize the activity. With the app not accounting for my heart rate while active I do not trust anythint it says about my heart. In other words, the ring works great when youre not moving around. I will note that I have tried 2 sizes now to ensure the issues were jot due to poor fit. So it still gets 4 stars and I still have a watch to track fitness activities.

    Love the fitting and works great. More reliable than other health trackers i have used. Also the device charges extremely quickly and can last multiple days without needing to recharge.

    Have been using for two months to help supplement information about sleep for sleep apnea treatment. I have found it easy to use and appreciate the feed back I get via app. I follow recommendation to charge when taking shower and have not noticed any battery issue at this time.

    The performance is impressive - it tracks sleep, activity, and recovery really well, and the app is very user-friendly and intuitive. The only downside is the surface of the ring - it tends to scratch pretty easily with regular wear. I’d recommend getting a silicone cover or ring protector to keep it looking nice over time. Great product overall, just needs a bit of extra care to stay in good shape!
