This product does require a subscription, for most of the features to work, that we weren't aware of but overall the ring seems to work as advertised. There are a ton of insights this product provides about your physical responses to daily activities including basic information about your sleep patterns.

This oura ring does a great job in tracking steps and sleep i love checking the app it is very user friendly i say overall this was a great purchace and i love my oura ring !

I have had my Oura 4 for about 3 months now and I am obsessed. There are so many insights that you gain about your mind and body just from wearing it and checking in on the Oura App. I have especially liked the Sleep Tracking as I had no idea what terrible quality of sleep I was getting. I am now taking steps to improve it and I love being able to see the improvements in real time. I wear a silicon cover over mine and it looks as good as the day I got it. It does make it bulkier but I got used to it very quickly and it does not impede my workouts (or any other aspect of my life). Highly recommend!

I was unable to wear this ring on my index finger as it was purchased for my wife. It turns out I she is not as cool I am, and did not want it. I tried it for a week and found it to be comfortable and I really liked the different data points it gathered. More than the raw data I especially liked how the app analyzed it and then explained the scores for me. I have since traded in for the correct size and am looking forward to building a significant baseline. Not for nothing but I am also looking forward to the integration with dexcom and their CGM. I feel like that elevates the Oura 4 to the top of the food chain when it comes to wearable tech for health purposes. When and what to eat along with sleep to maximize metabolic health. Excited to get the full experience from this product.

Great for tracking fitness and sleep. Easy to wear.

This ring is perfect for my wife. The tracking of vital statistics and information it provides pairs perfectly with her watch and phone. The real time data updates are great.

I’ve been wearing the ring (on my index finger) for about 7 days. I like the way it looks and it’s comfortable. I was a little concerned about the bulk of the ring but it’s not a problem at all. It doesn’t interfere with holding a golf club. And barely notice I have it one. I’m still learning how to interpret the data and the capabilities of the ring but so far, it’s great.

I am very pleased with the Oura Ring and the insight to health and sleeping. The activity tracking is pretty accurate so long as you take the time to review the notifications and it's the best device I've found so far to track health without being annoying and being discrete. I wish you didn't have to pay for the subscription to the app, but after evaluating Oura app vs. some others, I determined it was worth the extra expense.

The best smart ring on the market! I’ve tried so many different devices to track my fitness and general health and wellness and Oura does it better than anyone else! I purchased mine about eight months ago and once the algorithm gets going, the accuracy is impeccable. There’s not many things that I would immediately replace if they break, but this is definitely one of them. The small form factor of wearing the ring versus wearing the bulky watch is definitely a huge plus. Unlike the watch, this doesn’t have to be upgraded every year when a new model comes out because it all the sudden stops working.

I have worn it for a week now. Easy to connect with app. Great battery life. Only charge while I shower and it has stayed charged. Love all the data it generates. Definitely motivates me to move but also to be mindful of my sleep.

Much comfortable and convenient than I had originally thought. The ring communicates with the other health apps I have and synchronizes the data efficiently. I find it especially useful to track sleep patterns.

Love this ring so much. I track my sleep patterns since I’m still grieving my mom and the nights when I’m worried my sleep was horrible, I’m reassured that I was ok but my stress levels were what’s throwing me off. I also track my period since I have fibroids. And it’s perfect

I love this ring. I helps me with a lot of things that I need daily (tracking my stress, workouts and etc). The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you have to pay for the app and there are some things that the ultra human ring has that this one doesnt.
