    Good ring and seems pretty accurate. I put a cover over it and it does make it bigger but keeps it protected. Battery last about 5 days and charges in under two hours. I would recommend this product.

    Oura Ring 4 is incredible. This is my third, I had a Gen 3 and then upgraded to a Gen 4 in Stealth…I’m so happy with the tools and tracking that I decided to get one in a brushed silver color. I’ve bought them for my entire family and all agree this is a winner.

    I got this to track my cycle and my sleep, and it has been amazing so far! My watch has to charge every single night, so I can't track my sleep. I love that the battery life gets me to about a week so I don't have to worry about charging it every night like I do my watch.
