Love my oura ring!! Had trouble deciding between the gold and the rose gold, and ended up choosing rose gold and it was perfect.

I have now purchased two of these rings one for me and one for my friend because honestly, I really love this ring.I love everything about this. I love that it shows you all of your vitals nothing has been an accurate so far. The invention of this product has honestly been one of the best things that has ever happened to mankind, and I will continue to recommend it to my friends and family.

I have been using an Oura ring since generation one. This is my third Oura ring. It’s a fantastic product for monitoring not just sleep, but also general health. Unless you need the functionality of phone calls or music that a smart watch provides, this ring is all you need to track your health and fitness. I highly recommend it.

The new version of the Oura Ring (4) is much more comfortable than the 3! It pairs beautifully to wear everyday and the insights are so on point. Recently I woke up just feeling off and the app told me that it detected changes. It also is spot on with my cycle, the sleep and readiness score are super helpful. I’ve owned an Oura for almost 3 years. Recently got the newest version and it is completely worth it.

It’s good, sometimes it doesn’t actually record my sleep but overall it’s good.

Easy to set up, and pretty accurate recording my sleep. Comfortable on my finger, more so than a fitbit on my wrist.

I love how it tracks everything! I have two littles at home and not the best taking care of myself with running around after them so it helps me track kind of what I have done during the day.

The Oura Ring 4 works great. It makes it easier to track all activities including sleep. Since purchased I have been able to loose 10 pounds by increasing my movement and decreasing my intake. It lets you to record actives and Log meals.

Ring serves its purpose and fits well. Battery life is superb. Highly recommend!

I bought this for myself as a birthday present. I'm so glad I did! I wear it on my middle finger left hand. Love the rose gold. There is so much information to be gathered regarding daily life stats. Most that can be controlled. Really fascinating stuff.

10/10 love this product I wear it in the gym with no issues it tracks everything especially my steps!
