    It’s so lightweight and comfortable to wear, even to sleep (which is a big reason I wanted it because I can’t sleep with my Apple Watch on).     I love this ring. I love data in general, so this is the ultimate expression of that for your body. Now, to get the full benefits, you have to pay the yearly subscription, but my HSA covered it, and I have definitely spent $70 (per year) on dumber things. The battery life seems good, and so far (I've had it a month) it's very durable. It's made me more aware of what is happening with my body, and I love that.

    I’ve been using this for about a month. It does a great job giving me an idea of how my sleep has been and if I have any breathing irregularities. My main issue is that you can’t edit an activity from a previous day. It does a good job of recognizing when you are working out but sometimes it gets the length of the workout wrong. If you don’t edit it that day then you can’t the following day. Others have complained about this as well. Hopefully a software update will fix this oversight at some point.
