Absolutely love it. Got it a bit over a month now and I’m really happy with the statistics shown on the app. It looks good and it’s very comfortable to wear. Battery life is amazing. Have been going on walks and I feel like it calories burned are tracked very accurately.

Overall I love the ring. It keeps track of your heart rate, your sleeping, cardiovascular age and your overall readiness for the day. If you want you can keep track of workouts and even diet. It does cost 5.99 a month to keep track of this all but I think it’s worth every penny. Are you on the verge or do you have sleep apnea? This will definitely help and tell you what it sees when you are sleeping. Lastly the battery life on it is amazing, for me it has lasted about 7-10 days no charge and it probably could have lasted longer I just like my things to be charged.

So far it has helped me a lot with tracking my sleep, and my menstrual cycle. I love it. It also looks great when dressing up

I absolutely love my Oura Ring Gen 4! It keeps me on track with my daily activities and goals—especially when it comes to monitoring my sleep patterns. The ring is incredibly durable, and the stealth gray color is beautiful—it has an almost black appearance that resists scratches (at least in my experience). I also appreciate how sleek and subtle it looks. One thing to note: the sizing feels slightly looser than the plate sample I used for reference, so I’d recommend keeping that in mind when choosing your size.

Great device to track a wide variety of physical activity and sleep parameters. Real time feedback and scoring makes this a perfect health monitor for anyone who wants to take control of their health. Impressed also with battery life lasting up to 7-8 days before needing to be recharged.

Great device, I recommend the extended warranty just in case (if you plan on using and wearing this everyday). The warranty will also cover replacing the battery within the period if it starts to wear out. Just a note, definitely purchase the sizing kit before hand! I originally did not think it would be needed but I was wrong and had to exchange my ring out. Good product so far :) I will also note that the matte can scratch easily (not sure about other colors, but the warranty covers scratches too)

The Oura Ring is amazing. It helps track my fitness, sleep and basal rates of metabolism and recovery. I am much more in tune with my health thanks to this device. Too bad Peter Thiel at Palantir has access to my data, but I digress. I sold my soul to big tech when I got my first iPhone in 2012 so, it's not really that a big deal to me lol. 10/10, highly recommend this product.

I love my oura ring. It’s just the right amount of tracking and health/ fitness insight without the constant pinging unlike my Apple Watch. It’s stylish, durable and lasts for days so that’s extra points for me. They also sell protective covers to make the finish last longer and protect it from damages. So far oura’s customer service and after care warranty is great. They are helpful and did provide a replacement when the battery became faulty. The only downside is I can’t wear it when I’m working out and it needs some upgrades on its activity and workout tracker.

Excellent ring !! Everything is accurate that it tracks and battery life is up to 4 days!!! It’s light weight and I don’t even notice it’s on my finger :)

I purchased 2 of these rings (stealth & cloud ceramic) , i’ve hear a lot of people say that the other versions are better but these help me and my husband so much we both have a lot of work hours and this helps us keep up with our sleep and our stress. I’ve been wearing it 24/7 and battery lasts around 1 week & a half but it only takes 20 minutes to charge. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I have been wearing my aura ring once I finally got the right size for my finger and I am in love with it it is so on Target and on point and it doesn't just tell you what's going on it gives you direction and tells you what you can do to make things better I never take it off just to charge it don't need to take it off to shower it's worth every penny I have to tell you wish I could buy one for everybody I know

Works great. Helps me track my sleep patters and stress markers. I use it everyday and still look brand new. I was so happy I got it on discounted price too.

Love it! I would totally recommend it. For me, it’s always been hard to lose weight, but since I got it, it has been helping me log my meals. That has really helped me stay on track with my goals. Even though it doesn’t give you exact calories, it does tell you if the food is nutritious or should be limited.

This 4th generation ours ring will not disappoint. It provides more information than previous generations. The fit is more comfortable and the charge lasts so much longer!

I’ve had this almost a month now, so I’m ready to review it and I previously used an Apple Watch song comparing things to that. I love that the ring can last six days it seems to stand up to that as well. The sleep tracking is much better than the watch. I get more in-depth information relating to my sleep. All around I’m happy with my purchase and recommend. I love the temperature tracking and heart rate variable tells me more in depth about my stress levels throughout the day and makes me more mindful.

This ring has helped me with my health tremendously. It analyzes my sleep and it’s never misses when I’ve had a bad night with the symptom tracker. By using this ring I was able to track my ovulation correctly and conceive.
