I have worn it for a week now. Easy to connect with app. Great battery life. Only charge while I shower and it has stayed charged. Love all the data it generates. Definitely motivates me to move but also to be mindful of my sleep.

Stats work fairly well. Need to really keep up with monitoring the information that is there. Over time I did have problems with my first ring not charging well. Will be interested to see how this second one does over time.

The ring is super cool doesn’t seem to track burned calories accurately. But it does track sleep well. I've had a whoop before & I would say it tracks sleep slightly better. Only downside is it’s not really great at tracking lifts, & forms of workouts.

I like the features of the ring and the software. it seems accurate and the data is useful. the ring looks good, but my only complaint is that the finish isn’t plated well enough and the ring is showing a lot of wear after only 4 months.

It’s strange you can hear from a lot of close people, that you need to slow down, even your own body tries, but you just go because that’s life. Then all of the sudden the ring has read your levels and the really good app (you have to pay for the app) tells you to slow down and all of the sudden you listen. I wanted a device that gathers a lot of information and suggests things for change. I bought exactly what I wanted and more.
