So far so good! Starts giving sleep metrix after first use but heart stats are collected after several days - am still contrasting between another body capture item I use but so far Oura appear a bit more detailed

I have found the aura ring useful. It helps me recognize and validate how I feel, lol. It's been interesting watching the date and trends and understanding how my life choices affect my physical health. The fit has been a little challenging even though I went to the store and tried on the tester sizes first. I have large knuckles and thin fingers. I got my ring towards the end of summer and it fit rather snug at the time. Once the weather cooled off and possibly just changes in hormones, diet, and water retention, etc the ring became much looser and the heart rate wasn't being recorded consistently. I ordered some products online to help with the fit when it gets loose and that seems to be working pretty well. So, overall happy with the oura ring.

I love this ring. It tracks everything, my steps, my sleep, heart rate and as an older person with health issues it helps me keep my heart health in check. It tracks so many other things that I have not even investigated yet, but I definitely plan on doing that. If you have ever thought about purchasing one, please do so because you won't be disappointed.

Comfortable durable and I honestly , love it love it

I get so much insight on my health from wearing this thing. It helped me slow down and rest instead of getting sick, which probably kept me from being sick for a whole week. That paid for itself. It's comfortable and generally a cool gadget.

Even better than expected. Helps monitor daily activity and health. Some information is not available until several days or weeks data has been collected. I found the sleep pattern, heart rate, and oxygen saturation very interesting. You can “tag” various activities during your day, and it shows you how each activity affects your body. Fit is very important. Get the sizing kit before purchasing the ring. The kit says to wear the sizing ring for 24 hours. I recommend at least 2 days. My fingers change size depending on temperature and activity.

It's lightweight and comfortable. I love seeing the health monitoring and being able to show my wife when she's stressing (or calming) me

I bought this for myself as a birthday present. I'm so glad I did! I wear it on my middle finger left hand. Love the rose gold. There is so much information to be gathered regarding daily life stats. Most that can be controlled. Really fascinating stuff.

Comfortable, light weight. She looks super cute. Track my sleep, cycle, stress and heart rate is the best for me.
