This is comfortable to wear and looks nice. The data it gives me is more then the apple watch has ever and has helped me stay up on my health. It reminds me to stretch my legs when i need to and very easy to sleep with it on. I would recommend this device to everyone. I am living with EDS and POTS. Has helped cut my episodes down to over half. LOVE this device.

What a great device! It gives me more insights than I expected. I like that it tells me that I need to relax, or that I am "coming down with something" before I even feel any symptoms.

Nice device. Bought it for my wife because she did not like wearing the Apple Watch. It was not good at tracking steps, but then again that’s not one of its strengths. In terms of tracking sleep, and health patterns that’s where it shines. She had zero complaints about that and embraced it.

This ring has been very helpful. It alerted me when my heart rate was unusually high and fluctuating. As soon as I noticed, I contacted my primary care provider and began addressing the issue. The ring has also helped me improve my sleep. I’m truly grateful to my daughter for buying this ring for me.

This is my newest oura ring. Followed them since I heard they were coming out. Bought a second gen one and had for 6 months. Wouldn't charge. Oura sent me a brand new ring and it lasted for year and half. Started losing charge more quickly so upgraded to the newest. I have learned so much about how my body works with sleep habits and my health and how my energy levels work from sleep and how my body reacts to stress and how to offset it. Love this ring and the monthly subscription is worth it to me. They are always adding new things to the app and still learning about my body, even after years of using the ring!

Great product helps track helpful in to assist with doc visit and feels more accurate then the watch.

I bought it for my husband that wanted to keep track of his health a little better. He loves it. It charges super fast, it notifies him when it’s completely charged. He can see his sleep patterns, heart rate, blood pressure, etc. Is helping a lot managing his life style and seeing where he needs some improvement or changes.

Find this ring so helpful to track my sleep and habits. Thought it would be heavier, but it's actually really light weight!
