Love it! I’m still learning what all it does. Keeps up with my sleep which is why I bought it. Helps me keep up with my sleep apnea, my steps, my stress levels and a whole lot more. Even tells me when I’m sick before I know it. Very happy with my ring.

I love my oura ring, it gives great health insights. Definitely size up, so you dont have to worry about finger swelling while sleeping. It also takes awhile for it to configure to your body, so you wont have a lot of insights right away. However, definitely worth the wait!

I’ve had the Oura Ring 4 for a while now and overall I'm impressed. It’s one of those gadgets that quietly does its job and mostly gets out of your way. If you care about sleep, recovery, health insights, and want something very lightweight and unobtrusive, the Oura Ring 4 is excellent. It’s especially good if you don’t need the distractions of notifications or a display, but instead want something more “set‑it‑and‑forget‑it” that gives you meaningful metrics.

I haven’t owned the Oura Ring for a super long time but I do love having it! I think it does an amazing job tracking my sleep and it also picked up when i had gotten sick. I prefer this over my apple watch, better battery life and tracking capabilities. Only negative is the sizing doesn’t have half sizes. I was in between a size 8 and 9. Went with 9 because the 8 was just a tad too snug. I feel an 8.5 would have fit perfectly. Very comfortable on as someone who doesn’t wear rings to bed. Love it so far!

Love my ring although steps are not 100% accurate, that’s not a problem from me though. My favorite things about this is the symptom radar. It notified me 3 days before I even showed any symptoms that’s I was getting sick.

I got this ring to track my period and to use as birth control. It is still getting used to my body so i can’t yet if that worked, but i do like being able to see my sleep patterns, it also caught that i was sick. It measured my temp as well and that pretty cool.

Best most accurate device I have used. Never had it die, only complaint is it scratches easy when I wear it to workout.
