A great guide to improve your wellness. The only issue I have is that the ring can scratch easily with normal daily activities.

The most important thing is size my size is 7 1/2 and the smallest is the seven or eight.

I’ve been wearing mine for about a month now and it is amazing the information and resources that this thing gives you!

Love all the features this ring has to offer. I’ve learned so much about different aspects of my health. Worth the investment to better my health. Also highly recommend the sizing kit to know which size to purchase!

Excellent product, provides important usable information

The ring is really cool and gives you a lot of data if you’re into metrics but they absolutely lied to you about the battery lasting eight days. The battery is based on the size of your ring. Bigger rings will have bigger batteries and smaller rings will have smaller batteries. I’m using the second largest size ring and I get four days maximum which is only half of the claim eight. I have the silver colored ring and it scratches insanely bad.

Great product and easy to wear. The technology is stunning

I find that it is less noticeable than a smart watch which did not allow me to use within boxing gloves. Additionally, the sleep, readiness, activity burn vs. total cslorie burn, and other insights are extremely helpful. I like to use the test tools and am excited for the Dexcom partnership.

I love the amount of data it tracks… but most times it won’t sync to ever since I got the newer model. I’m actually filling out a warranty claim right now because it’s on my finger and still won’t sync

Great product and service by Best Buy. The sales rep was awesome to work with.

I was interested in purchasing the Oura Ring 4 and contacted Best Buy for guidance I was told over the phone that the Black Friday sale was ending soon and that I should place the order as store pickup to secure the deal and receive the sizing kit first I explained that I didn’t know my ring size, and the representative advised me to buy the sizing kit and assured me that I could exchange the ring easily after confirming the correct size. Based on that information, I placed the order and paid for it. However, when I later visited the store, the store manager told me something completely different, saying that I would need to pay extra to exchange the ring if the size was wrong. Due to this conflicting information, I had no choice but to cancel the order, even though I genuinely wanted to buy the Oura Ring next time I’ll get it The product itself seems great but the inconsistent communication between customer support and store staff was disappointing. I hope Best Buy can improve clarity around sizing kits and exchange policies so customers don’t face this kind of confusion in the future
