I love my ring and wear it all the time. It lets me know when I am stressed out and need to relax. Good at monitoring sleep. I just wish that it would let me know the time that I wake in my sleep cycle not approximately.

It’s compact and a convenient way to monitor and improve your overall health. Care has to be taken to avoid scratching to finish. Do not like the subscription required for what it does.

I’ve had the ring for a year now and battery life dropped dramatically, times I’m being told low battery within 24 hours of the last charge. It was great at first but now it even stops tracking my data.

Great for tracking sleep. I think for the price point there are a lot of other options out there. Definitely different than your typical Apple Watch or Fitbit. Sucks you have to pay for annual membership fee of $69.

I bought my Oura ring 4 without doing thorough reseaech. In its 5th month after the initial purchase, the battery issue suddenly happens. It will last me only 1 day after a full charge. Then I find out it's a common issue. Oura will automatically mail replacements. But those are refurbished ones most of the time. And those will have battery issues as well. The original warranty is only 1 year. After 18 months from the original purchase date, you are at the mercy of Oura. Meanwhile, it requires subscription that is extra cost.

I had to return two Oura Ring purchases. Customer Service was efficient and personable. Both returns were seamless.

The Oura Ring is a great supplement to my Apple Watch and a good reason to ditch my Fitbit. Love the trend analysis. The stress/recovery data seems to be right on the mark.

Absolutely love the data and metrics I get from my oura ring. I switched from an Apple Watch and couldn’t be happier. I especially enjoy the sleep data.

It’s a cool product but you have to pay a yearly fee of $70 to see most of the things you bought it for. Other than that I like it.

I wanted this ring for sleep tracking and for sports tracking like hockey and hiking and etc. I researched ice hockey in particular directly from the Oura site. It says it was fine for Hockey. They were WRONG. First skate with it and it fell apart! Felt looseness in my glove and when I took it off, I now had four parts…. 20 minutes in. Smh Apparently, others are having this happen as well. I should have researched more. I’ll be returning this $400 piece of garbage.
