Bought mainly to track wifes sleep. She uses it every night and all day to track her daily well being thru the App. So far she likes it. Looks like a nice piece of jewelery as well.

Love it - does a great job measuring my metrics and has warned me several times of a cold that I was able to nip before it happened!

It fits great, is comfortable to wear and looks very nice on. It gives me so much helpful health information that it overwhems me. Im still learning what it all means. May take a while. I love it!

App fairly easy to navigate; only have to charge every 3-5 days; did end up being a little large after started use, but otherwise overall easy to navigate and see stats.

I love this ring. It tracks everything, my steps, my sleep, heart rate and as an older person with health issues it helps me keep my heart health in check. It tracks so many other things that I have not even investigated yet, but I definitely plan on doing that. If you have ever thought about purchasing one, please do so because you won't be disappointed.

First I will say that this is a life monitor and not an athletic tracker. The sleep tracking is superb and the stress monitoring is insightful. That app is perhaps the most valuable part because all the data is useless if it’s not curated into a useful pleasant interface. I check it regulary throughout the day because I love all the insights. With that being said, the ring is useless for athletic tracking. It doesnt pick up my heart rate when I run or even recognize the activity. With the app not accounting for my heart rate while active I do not trust anythint it says about my heart. In other words, the ring works great when youre not moving around. I will note that I have tried 2 sizes now to ensure the issues were jot due to poor fit. So it still gets 4 stars and I still have a watch to track fitness activities.

Absolutely love the Oura Ring ... wearing it is comforting knowing how accurately it is reading your vitals ... while going about your daily activities or working out seriously to achieve body building results. Breathing and sleeping monitoring also is a plus ... as well as cardiac readings being recorded. The Oura Ring is one of the 'BEST' decisions I have ever made ... it actually suggests ways to improve your behavior and your health after the Oura Ring becomes familiar with you and your daily habits. Yes, I can only hope to encourage more people to purchase this exciting, innovative item ... and I am sure my enthusiasm about the Oura Ring will be shared by all !

I’ve had the ring for almost a month and I really recommend the product. It has a fast charge and a good batter time I charge it once a week and it takes maybe an hour to charge. It gives amazing help tips and recommends bed time. The ring is very accurate with hr and sleep quality.

I’m enjoying my new Oura ring. I’m an Apple Watch wearer however the Oura is more accurate and I absolutely love that it gives me information regarding my sleep habits.

This device is the future for health checking. I’m able to track my sleeping patterns and helps with counting steps when I walk

Wanted to love this ring but ended up returning after 3 weeks. It does not accurately catch exercise and thought I was sleeping when I was not. It was comfortable but possibly too loose, maybe would be more accurate if tight, but I would only take the gamble if you are okay with having to return. It is easy to setup and charges quickly, nice look, just wish it was more accurate.

Generally wry happy with my oura ring don’t leave my house without! It tracks absolutely everything that I need throughout my day to day life and helps me slow down when I am a bit more stressed. I will say 8 months in the battery didn’t work

So far, this ring reports on more health issues than I can keep up with. It has even found a time when I don't breathe at night. I will check with my dr on this problem. I think any adult would be happy with this ring and what health information it finds to report on. It does take a while to learn all the nuances, but it is worth it. I highly recommend it

Not suitable for monitoring spO2. Scratches easily. Intermittent reporting. Battery life falls off quickly. I bought this ring to monitor sleep health and while it can provide nice insight into your sleep habits, spO2 is not one of them. It will give you an average, when it feels like it, but you have to wait 24 hours to get it. I do love the stealth model, but it does scratch and so it should be removed while working, which kind of defeats the purpose. Battery life started out very good, but has fallen off rapidly. Since it takes two weeks to adapt, once you figure out it doesn't work, you are outside of the return window. Support is very, very, slow and not helpful at all. Its a great idea and I can see they are getting close to having a great product, but it's not quite reliable enough yet. I cannot recommended at this time.

I have been very impressed with my Oura Ring. Remarkably accurate health and wellness data with a powerful battery life. Also, a very impressive charge time of typically less than 30 minutes.
