I haven’t owned the Oura Ring for a super long time but I do love having it! I think it does an amazing job tracking my sleep and it also picked up when i had gotten sick. I prefer this over my apple watch, better battery life and tracking capabilities. Only negative is the sizing doesn’t have half sizes. I was in between a size 8 and 9. Went with 9 because the 8 was just a tad too snug. I feel an 8.5 would have fit perfectly. Very comfortable on as someone who doesn’t wear rings to bed. Love it so far!

The Oura ring provides excellent insights into sleep patterns, activity, stress, and health. It continuously monitors breathing, heart rate and latency in terms of HRV and sleep to monitor signs on stress and any indicators that may need attention.

I love using this for cycle tracking! I dont know how accurate the step count is but it seems pretty close to my apple watch. I also use it to record workouts so i can see my HR zones but i still use my apple watch as well. Definitely get the ring sizer to know which size to get if ordring online!

This is my first Aura ring. I’ve been wearing it for about 3 weeks now and so far I have been very happy with the accuracy of it and the information it provides me on what stressors my body is under. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because it scratches so easily. I spent extra to get rose gold since it’s something I would be wearing all the time. It’s a beautiful ring but I’m not sure in a year what it will look like if it’s this scratched in just 3 weeks.

The ring works well, no issues with connected and tracking. Only disappointed was it scratches quickly. Works well besides that.

My husband loves that he can track his health and sleep without a screen. Definitely an upgrade from an Apple Watch.

I’ve had the Oura Ring for about 2 months, and I love it! It’s a lightweight, comfortable wearable that provides impressive insights into sleep, recovery, and overall wellness—especially helpful if you’re a PCOS girly like me. The only downside is that if you lose it, there’s no ringer or tracking feature to help you find its exact location. But aside from that, I’m really happy with my Oura Ring and would definitely recommend it!

I have now purchased two of these rings one for me and one for my friend because honestly, I really love this ring.I love everything about this. I love that it shows you all of your vitals nothing has been an accurate so far. The invention of this product has honestly been one of the best things that has ever happened to mankind, and I will continue to recommend it to my friends and family.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it. I tried it and for the 1st few days I was skeptical. After a week I noticed I did improve on my sleep and move habits. It’s also nice because it’s something different the wrist fitness trackers it’s both useful and fashionable.

Even better than expected. Helps monitor daily activity and health. Some information is not available until several days or weeks data has been collected. I found the sleep pattern, heart rate, and oxygen saturation very interesting. You can “tag” various activities during your day, and it shows you how each activity affects your body. Fit is very important. Get the sizing kit before purchasing the ring. The kit says to wear the sizing ring for 24 hours. I recommend at least 2 days. My fingers change size depending on temperature and activity.

The oura ring is very comfortable and I love its tracking abilities. It’s easy to get used to wearing to sleep and charges very quickly, so there is little down time. I have been wearing it constantly, aside of letting it charge while I shower. I haven’t been very rough on it, but there are no scratches or wear on it yet.

Love that this tracks my sleep and it’s so easy to wear while sleeping.

The ring itself is very lightweight but still fits a little bulky on small fingers. The gold is a pretty color but does scratch easily. But the app is by far the best part of the Oura ring. The data provided really helps you make positive changes to sleep and lifestyle.
