very useful to me. i love the sleep tracker! i bought a size 7 but came out a little too tight but best buy was so quick and helpful for the exchange.

I got this about a month ago and I’m liking it, good info on sleep and stress patterns. Charging every Sunday so far, takes about 45 minutes to 1 hrs to charge depending on the charging block you use.

Easy to set up, and pretty accurate recording my sleep. Comfortable on my finger, more so than a fitbit on my wrist.

I’ve had the Oura Ring 4 for a while now and overall I'm impressed. It’s one of those gadgets that quietly does its job and mostly gets out of your way. If you care about sleep, recovery, health insights, and want something very lightweight and unobtrusive, the Oura Ring 4 is excellent. It’s especially good if you don’t need the distractions of notifications or a display, but instead want something more “set‑it‑and‑forget‑it” that gives you meaningful metrics.

Love to see my sleep, also has made me keep up with my steps and my active cals.

I got this to track my cycle and my sleep, and it has been amazing so far! My watch has to charge every single night, so I can't track my sleep. I love that the battery life gets me to about a week so I don't have to worry about charging it every night like I do my watch.

Helped me track peaks of my anxiety to be able to relay to my doctors but also helped me regulate my rather awful sleeping patterns. lol I’ve bought this as a gift for family members

A lot of insight on sleep and recovery. For tracking workouts, it’s not good as it interferes with machines, dumbbells and barbells. Battery life is about 3-4 days.

This is the second Oura ring purchase. I’ve been using the Oura Ring for over a year now, and I’m honestly impressed with how much insight it gives me into my sleep and recovery. The ring itself is sleek, light, and looks more like jewelry than tech. I actually forget I’m wearing it most of the time.

Gave the Oura Ring to my wife as a gift—she loved it! It tracks everything from sleep to workouts with amazing accuracy. The app interface is super easy to use and gives her great insights to support her gym routine. It’s sleek, smart, and honestly one of the best gifts I’ve ever given her!

This ring is awesome. Surprisingly accurate and set up for my iPhone was pretty easy as well. Definitely recommend getting the sizing kit first

The Oura ring is amazing keeping you informad about your health and habits. The app is great, and tells you how to improve your health. The only think I will have to deal now is the warranty since the battery is lasting a day and a half after less than 10 months of use and it was lasting 4-5 days.
