Originally purchased this based on the amount of different things this ring senses its gone above and beyond my expectations. It was quite interesting to see it tell me while I was sick that I might not be feeling well and should rest until I recover.

Love my oura ring. I had to upgrade because my oura 3 quit working and was less than 1 year old. Bummer I had to pay the extra money even though it had an extended warranty. Not a lot of difference between this one and the oura 3

I had Gen 3 for a year and upgraded. My biggest dissatisfaction is how you have to constantly adjust the positioning to align the sensors. Rings rotate throughout the day, leaving the sensors misaligned and not providing accurate readings. After every hand wash and throughout the day I have to adjust it. They should add the sensors throughout the ring. Oura needs to stop trying to be an activity tracker and add the sleep sensors throughout the inside of the ring so we can just wear it and never think about it. All the professional reviewers agree this is an excellent sleep tracker, but nowhere near a good activity tracker. Once Oura focuses on just tracking sleep, I think the ring and features will be better. I am also worried about the gaskets falling apart like it has been happening to many customers.

This was a gift I gave to my wife and she loves it. She uses it religiously and cannot stop raving about it.

So far so good. products is well built /durable. Also, a lot of information on the app which is very useful. I recommend if you want to monitor your sleep / exercise and stress levels.

This ring replaced my first generation Oura ring. My two adult children also have rings and we are in a Circle so we can offer encouragement and congratulations depending on the readings.
