I came from a galaxy ring after about a year I started having battary problems where the ring did not really hold a charge and the samsung health app did not give good info. So I made the switched to the oura ring, I was annoyed about the membership, especially since the ring is so expensive. But then I realised something bigger... the ring itself mainly covers the cost of materials. The membership gives you access to the app’s insights, personalised metrics, software updates and the people behind it. it’s what makes the ring’s data actually useful.

Love the features available with Oura ring. I purchased a ring cover from Amazon to preserve the finish. Easy to use app and accurate readings. Way more features than my Samsung galaxy watch.

I love my oura ring. I wear it everyday. As someone who use to not wear rings, I was comfortable wearing it after 2 days. I always am scared it’s gonna slip but it never does even in water. I love the app, def a great buy! It can scratch up but I have it in gold and you can’t really see it. Plus you can buy ring covers on amazon

ABSOLUTELY LOVE I use my ring daily and it helps manage my activity, rest days, stress and cycles!

The ring is smooth it’s light it feels like I’m not even wearing it. I love the features because it makes tracking my fitness easy and really helps me Track my mileage and goals.

It’s worked for about 6 months then Oura had to replace it with a refurbished one. The battery kept draining and requiring to recharge every other day. Oura wouldn’t replace it right away only till the ring send a message with error or trouble shooting.

Got this for sleep tracking and I think it is more accurate than my Garmin watch when it comes to that. It is also able to warn me if I have high levels of stress or need more rest

I have been on the fence on whether to buy a smart ring or not and I’m glad I finally did. It helps immensely that, regardless of which OS your phone runs, the Oura Ring app both sync seamlessly with your phone’s native Health apps. It’s comfortable, light, durable, and the app has top-notch health insights and metrics (as a health IT specialist and informaticist myself, this is a massive positive for me). My only concern is the long term wear and tear of its coating/material but was able to grab some ring sleeves to lessen it especially when wearing it at the gym.

Amazing, totally love it and would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! It is so worth the money. It is comfotable and light and you barely notice it after wearing it for a while. The one thing I will say is that you have to pay for the subscription to Oura but it is so worth it. The data you will get will change your day-to-day living and choices. Would definitely repurchase.

I decided to buy one after being influenced by my friends! It’s a really cool device and I like being able to see my stats + sleep score. Only thing is it’s little uncomfortable during reformer Pilates when you’re holding the straps and the rose gold gets scratched very very easy. Besides that it’s great!

Love this ring! I have sleep apnea and wanted to track my sleep. I have apple and garmin watches but don't want to wear to bed. This ring and app tracks a lots of biometrics. It gives me ratings on stress and my bodies recovery. My activity levels and detailed sleep pattern to the minute. The stealth ring for men is durable, however, does have propensity to scratch. Recommend the latex protection covers on Amazon for wearing for golf, yard work, etc to protect ring.

Works well, no issues. Battery lasts 5-6 days. Charges quickly. App is easy to use

My daughter loves it . She said it keeps track of everything im thinking of getting one.
