    One of my New Year's resolutions is to focus more on health and wellness. Incorporating this device into my workflow has helped a lot, even in the first month I've used it! I get a ton of helpful information through the app and many of the recommendations I've been given have helped not only recovery but also my mood.     I love this ring. I love data in general, so this is the ultimate expression of that for your body. Now, to get the full benefits, you have to pay the yearly subscription, but my HSA covered it, and I have definitely spent $70 (per year) on dumber things. The battery life seems good, and so far (I've had it a month) it's very durable. It's made me more aware of what is happening with my body, and I love that.

    The oura ring is very comfortable and I love its tracking abilities. It’s easy to get used to wearing to sleep and charges very quickly, so there is little down time. I have been wearing it constantly, aside of letting it charge while I shower. I haven’t been very rough on it, but there are no scratches or wear on it yet.
