    As someone who has never worn a ring the idea of wearing one 24/7 has actually been pretty easy to get through. The ring is stylish which helps and almost elevates all my outfits the more I wear it. I loveee the sleep data and the wayy that it syncs workouts.

    I dont know how I ever lived my life without my oura ring. Its super helpful as a mom of 2 young kids to see where I’m lacking as far as sleep, energy, etc. i also use it for cycle tracking.
