This was good for tracking sleep but not my steps. I was clapping at my son’s baseball games and in one day it over counted by 3,000 steps.

Great product! I was a little worried about the durability, but after a month of wear, it has held up well and still looks good. The tracking is great, it gives really good insight to your health and how different things affect it.

Lots of health info provided (cardio, sleep, etc) on a daily basis. Step count seems off (low) at times. I wear it on my index finger and it does not interfere with my daily activities. Good choice for someone who wants to monitor their health. Battery life is only about four days not seven or eight as advertised.

Got this because the Fitbit I had fell apart after a lap and a half in the pool when I tried using it for swimming. Unfortunately, the Oura ring only read the first time I used it swimming. Since then, I've had to manually enter each time that I swam. Does not read my activities at all, I am always entering tasks/activities manually after the fact. Does not seem to be designed for people who work nights. Even with my entering when I work, it still tries suggesting I sleep during my work hours. And has a difficult time properly registering my sleep. And now, after 2 months I am having the problem of my fingers fluctuating in size. The ring goes from almost being too tight to slipping off my finger, Recommend you get a ring that fits in the middle of sizing various fingers. Then, as fingers change in size, you can switch the ring to the best fitting finger at the time. Ring is tough. Swim with it twice a week. Wear it at the gym and has not gotten scratched or scuffed yet.

Best purchase I made last year. Love how it tracks my sleep and the stress feature has helped me a lot! I love my ring
