I'm tatted, a lot. My expensive Garmin fenix 7 doesn't track my health anymore - but it's a great watch. So I decided to try a ring so I can get my workout and heartbeat stats. Initially I tried the Samsung ring, since it didn't have a monthly subscription. Didn't like the design of the ring and heartrate was only on demand. Meaning I had to go into the app and tell it to check HR. Oura is much better, with way better insights on HR and sleep. Syncs well to MyFitnessPal.

My wife and I both got one and I love the color of this ring. Pros are the app itself has amazing simple flow. Cons are the ring is easily scratched and paying for yet another subscription

The part I really like about the ring is that I can get information when I sleep. My watch is too bulky to wear at night. Plus with days of power reserve, I don't worry about it not lasting the night. This really allows me to get full day feedback on my health metrics.

Great Christmas present for my wife, she loved it although I was unaware the size is not for the ring finger but for the index finger. Best Buy made it very easy to switch it out for the correct size!

Great piece of tech that allows me to track my sleep and stress levels. However, make sure to open the app. I recently got sick and just kind of sat around all day, and it wasnt until the evening when I checked the app, it ended up registering that I slept all day.

I’ve been using this for about a month. It does a great job giving me an idea of how my sleep has been and if I have any breathing irregularities. My main issue is that you can’t edit an activity from a previous day. It does a good job of recognizing when you are working out but sometimes it gets the length of the workout wrong. If you don’t edit it that day then you can’t the following day. Others have complained about this as well. Hopefully a software update will fix this oversight at some point.

The fit is good, and the battery life is great! It is a little bulky and takes some getting used to, but I like the insights that it gives. I don't like that I have to subscribe to the service in order to use it when some of the newer rings on the market are free to use.

Find this ring so helpful to track my sleep and habits. Thought it would be heavier, but it's actually really light weight!

This is actually an amazing product it has help me to control my health much better, the way it can Improved blood‑oxygen detection help me to have a better handling of respiration anomalies or breathing during sleep this are usually things I don’t check but after using the ring it haves actually help me a lot more. It’s very resistant coming from someone who wash their hands every minute and use a lot hand sanitizer it has not change the way of using my ring.

YES! Juts get it if you are debating. The ring itself is great and the data you get from the Oura app will change your days. Would repurchase.
