Thoroughly enjoy the fit and size. Downside is it scratches but it’s a ring

Absolutely love it. Got it a bit over a month now and I’m really happy with the statistics shown on the app. It looks good and it’s very comfortable to wear. Battery life is amazing. Have been going on walks and I feel like it calories burned are tracked very accurately.

I love my Oura ring. It’s comfortable and doesn’t get in the way. I’m a server so mine has a few minor scratches now but it’s holding up great!!!

I love this ring! I am a current Apple Watch owner and this allows me to wear for quite some time before needing to charge ! I love the fit/color too. I do wish it was a tad thinner, it’s quite thick but aside from that it offers wonderful data that I’ve been interested in tracking (sleep, stress, fitness).

My boyfriend loves it! I’m so jealous I want one for myself. Its features help track the things I’ve always been interested in knowing about (such as stress and steps) but I was completely blown away on how much in detail it went into for each category. The best feature in my opinion is the sleep category. It even tracks your REM sleep. Highly recommend it for personal use or for a gift!

I really love this gadget. It’s incredible how it notice when something is happening to you but at the same time reminds me when to move, prepare to sleep, etc.

I love my oura ring is one of my best purchase I did. Just enjoying so much don’t sleep with my Apple Watch anymore. The battery is amaizing almost 3 days. Also I get the covers and I can use so many colors

The sleep tracking is incredible and so helpful. The battery life is not what they advertise, but it’s ok.

I have been wearing this now for two weeks. I love it. It seems to be more accurate than my Apple Watch Ultra. The battery life is closer to 6 days in my experience but I have been walking around Disney world with 5 kids for the week. The new app, that is also available with the series 3, is also a great step up from the old version. It’s not necessarily a huge step up from the series 3 but it was worth it for me.

Love this ring! I wear this along with my Apple Watch. I find wearing both devices gives me a very in depth of all my health metrics. I use the Oximeter at nights, so I get about 5 days of battery life.

This is my favorite feature! It doesn’t just tell you how long you slept, but how well you recovered. I now go to bed earlier just to earn a higher sleep score

Love that the ring is automatic. Definitely suggest getting the plastic rings to know your right size. Only gotta charge it once a week and I love that I don’t have to do anything extra and it gives me great insight to what’s going on in my body.

The Oura Ring Gen 4 is truly a remarkable feat of engineering. It looks like a normal ring, no one has been able to tell that I’m wearing a smart ring. But anybody could make one with crummy sensors inside, a bad app, a bad finish, etc. Oura is different though. The accuracy is incredible, I’m finding little difference between actual medical measuring devices and the ring's data. If you are wanting to be more in touch with your body and health, this is the device to get. The app is thorough and extensive. In fact, I’m still finding data points it tracks and reading about what each means. The explanations of measurements and how to adjust your life accordingly are very helpful and in-depth. If you don’t know how certain measurements work, you will learn through this app. The fact that some of the more complicated measurements can take up to a month or two to establish a baseline feels trustworthy. They aren’t going to start giving you bunk data without establishing a trustworthy baseline. I think what held me back from previous Oura rings was that they highly suggested you wear it on your pointer finger. This time around with the Gen 4, you can put it on any finger! So I used it to replace my wedding ring and it’s like nothing every changed. Other than taking it off for a couple hours once a week to charge it. But it charges so fast and lasts so long that it really is a non-invasive piece of tech in your life. Overall, I absolutely LOVE this ring. My quibbles are small and few. My fingers have boney knuckles which usually requires a slightly larger ring, usually a half size, but unfortunately there are no half sizes. The ring is a little snug, but that is ideal for best measurement. Android also says that the app is a resource hog, but I haven’t noticed a big battery difference. I think the biggest problem is having to pay a subscription, but this is a high end device so I guess that should be expected. I highly recommend getting one, and when you do, make sure to use the sizing kit first to make sure you order the right size!
