Doesn’t track workouts

I don’t know if mines defective but it’s kinda useless to me now. The other features are nice I just wouldn’t have paid so much if I knew it wasn’t gonna track my workouts.

Two rings, both defective

After three weeks, friends ring was dying within a day, and now wont charge. My ring just died a couple days ago and wont charge, completely bricked. Support is unhelpful and overwhelmed with complaints. I dont even know if I want a replacement now, I just want a refund.
