After two months, I’m pretty happy with it. As time goes by and more and more data is collected, Oura’s app just explodes with data. From sleep, to stress, cycle changes, its really endless. The charge lasts for over a week. I wear it on my non dominant hand to minimize scrathes. I choose not to wear it in water or while doing any heavy outdoor chores. I think its very valuable information if you’re looking for it.

Love the Oura Ring. I was hesitant to switch from my Apple Watch, but I am so happy I took the plunge. I don't love the monthly subscription model for the app, but ultimately this is exactly the kind of wearable tech I was looking for. The Oura Ring is discreet, has a great battery life, is comfortable, and gives me all the metrics I need without having constant phone notifications on my arm. Would absolutely recommend this. I also recommend stopping in person by a best buy and using the ring sizer at the store.

I love my Oura Ring! I was initially skeptical about it because of the price and the membership fee, but honestly, it has been worth it. The insights into my sleep score and stress levels have been incredibly helpful. I'm really enjoying it, and even though it's a bit bulky, I don't mind wearing it.

I was so impressed by this little device after using for a month that went i lost my first one i immediately went out to grab a replacement. Its easy to forget its there and requires very little charging (10 minutes a day at my desk keeps it topped off). Where this thing shines is the wealth of information it provides to the user. It seems i have made a very bad habit of ignoring what my body is trying to communicate and this is where oura comes in. It seems to know whenever i’ve over extended myself. of course i can feel my own body but before owning one id trudge through any soreness or stiffness not thinking that im overdoing it. Sleep tracking is amazing and considers other data streams to deduce other relevant stats/metrics that help me make more health cosncious decisions. Also want to point out that i used to work for fitbit and am familiar with their algos — oura beats theirs by a mile.

I purchased the Oura Ring as a gift for my wife, and it has been an excellent experience from day one. She wears it daily and especially appreciates how comfortable and lightweight it is—she often forgets she even has it on. The sleep tracking has been the biggest standout feature, providing clear insights into sleep quality, readiness, and recovery that she actually finds useful and easy to understand. What we both like most is how the data feels practical rather than overwhelming. The app presents information in a simple, meaningful way that helps her make small adjustments to improve sleep and overall wellness. The battery life has also been impressive, lasting several days between charges. Overall, the Oura Ring feels like a thoughtfully designed product that delivers real value, and it’s been a gift that continues to be useful long after it was opened.

First time having an Oura ring. Easy to find your size. Fits comfortably. Lots of colors to choose from. This is a great product if you want to track your health better. I cannot sleep with a watch on, so this ring is perfect to track my sleep patterns. Battery life is top notch. Can last up to a week if you wear it 24/7. It is also water resistant and can be worn doing dishes or taking a shower.

For someone who is very in tune with her health, as a 32 year ols mother of 3. This ring has changed my life! I have had the watches - this cant even conpare. I use it as a form of birth control with the natural cycles app and it is magic! 10/10 Comfortable after you get used to it, and i only have to charge it once a week - takes about 30 minutes to charge.

I like the Oura ring! It calculates my sleep, how ready I am for the day, and any changes in my body. Right now, the battery lasts about 4 days, so I charge it a few times per week. My biggest downfalls are that it’s itchy to my skin when worn overnight and too long during the day, so you need a break. It’s also easy to scratch, and given my occupation, I needed to buy covers to keep it safe. It also doesn’t calculate movement as great as my watch, which I wear on the same arm. Sometimes it gets confused when I’m burping my baby, and other times I’ve walked over a mile and it gathered less than a quarter of it, which I assume is due to me pushing a stroller.

Oura - the king of rings

My first Oura Ring. I resisted due to the monthly fee. I tried others but honestly Oura is king in smart ring space. I see the monthly fee as the ability for Oura to continue to expand service and information to the ring to consistantly improve the product and service. The ring is not resilient - it definately shows ware much faster than other rings I have worn. Comfortable, light weight, and just works. App makes sense and delivers the information so you can understand.

I have genuinely been impressed on how accurate it is during sleep, steps, heart etc. It told me I was getting sick before feeling true symptoms. Forgo the charger on a 6 day trip an was perfectly fine. Have a group of friends in the circle suction and compete to get the best sleep score. Genuinely a great product. Better than Apple Watch by a lot. Cause you Don’t even know you have it on, last 5x as long. Do it for your health and sleep. Sleep function alone it’s worth it

I bought this ring as a replacement for my old Oura ring due to battery life issues. I have so far had no problems with my new ring and I like the look of this color option more than the silver I used to own. Overall, I love using my ring to track my sleep, stress levels, and better understand my health.

I was VERY excited about the Oura ring. I thought I would no longer need my Apple watch, and I liked that the battery would last for days so I could track my sleep. It does an amazing job at tracking and breaking down sleep patterns. It is awesome that it tracks body temp, O2 fluxuations and stress levels. The Oura also seems more accurate by far on step counts. However, I still feel like Apple has the best layout for tracking fitness activities. I feel like Apple is by far easier to track and easier to read and understand. If i had to choose one, i would choose the Apple watch at this time. However, I do appreciate the additional health tracking of the Oura and feel like it is an amazing supplement to the Apple watch. We will see, maybe in a few months my story will change as i get used to the layout.

I’ve been using the **Oura Ring 4** for a few weeks now, and honestly, I’m really impressed. It looks sleek and feels super comfortable — I forget I’m even wearing it most of the time. The app is easy to use and gives me a clear picture of how I’m sleeping, my heart rate, and my overall recovery. I love checking my “readiness” score each morning to see how rested I am before a busy day. The battery lasts around five to six days for me, which is pretty solid, and the charging process is quick and simple. That said, it’s definitely not cheap, and you still have to pay a small monthly fee to get all the detailed insights. The workout tracking isn’t as advanced as a smartwatch, so it’s not the best for people who want live stats during exercise. But for everyday health tracking and sleep insights, it’s been amazing. If you want something low-key that helps you understand your body better without wearing a bulky watch, the Oura Ring 4 is totally worth considering.

Absoulutely love it. The only downside is how chunky it is but i heard they fixed that with the 5. The battery last for days and i love the fact that it tells me where i need to improve such as my sleep and my cardio.

I love all that this ring tracks! Stop debating and get this ring. I had and still have my apple watch that i still wear to work because i like that i can get text messages on it still. But i love the ring more for tracking purposes. Also the battery lasts a long time and when i do charge it, it charges pretty quickly. I love that i can wear this daily and even out to dinner and it just look like a classy gold ring. I have definitely been recommending to all my friends who have been on the fence about it. Buy it, you wont regret it!

The Oura Ring 4 is a fantastic health tracker with a sleek, lightweight titanium design that’s comfortable for 24/7 wear. It provides detailed sleep, activity, and stress insights, with an intuitive app that offers personalized recommendations. The battery lasts up to six days, and charging is quick and easy. The only downside is the required subscription, but the in-depth health data makes it worthwhile. If you want a discreet and accurate health tracker without a bulky smartwatch, this is a great investment!
