I’ve used many other wearable trackeds for years before finding this one. It’s minimal, stylish, fashionable, and tracks accuarately. I love the daily tracker about relaxed, engaged, and stress. Also, the resiliency tracker is great too.

The service at the store was outstanding. The customer service person explained everything about the ring. H was so helpful. So far the ring is working great and I am getting lots of data.

"I've been using the Oura Ring 4 for a few weeks now and it has completely changed how I track my health. Unlike a smartwatch, it's barely noticeable on your finger — looks just like a regular ring. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed and accurate; I wake up knowing exactly how restorative my night was. Received this for my birthday from my family. Very beneficial to my health and quality of sleep. Have had no issues with it. Charge lasts approximately 4-5 days.

So far overall good product for health tracking, biggest cons are the monthly subscription and it does scratch easily. It’s nice having a health tracker that isn’t a watch.

Love the ring. Great battery life. A little bulky but you get used to it. The sizing rings you have to buy to determine your size are a little bit smaller than the actual ring size. Size 8 in the sizers fit me better but when I bought the ring it would fall off my finger when I was wearing it so I had to size down.

I love this ring! It’s very comfortable and very useful, it helps me a lot with my anxiety and sleep problems, it even tells me when I’m about to get sick!!

Bought this for my wife, and she loves it. It has been great for tracking her sleep score, and he step counter. The only con is that you might want to sign up for the subscription to take full advantage of the ring's potential. Go in-store to get an accurate size because it is not the same exact fit as a traditional ring or band.

This is a great upgrade from the generation 3. The comfort is a world of difference. The flatness of the sensors along with the smooth design make it optimal for wear both at work and during relaxation. I highly recommend it to anyone who works in any field of work.

The rain is very reliable. The tracking system is very accurate for your vitals and your sleeps at night. And the quality of the material that is made it very resistant. It looks pretty good.

Don’t know what my daughter did without it. This was a gift she had been wanting for quite awhile. Works well for fitness, sleep, temperature quise, cycle, etc. she says it keeps better track than her watch. She has been stopped quite a few times by others who are interested in one and she gives it rave reviews

If you’re a data nerd like me, you should absolutely grab this for sleep tracking, I love how sleek and small this is vs an Apple Watch. Holds a charge for days! This is my second ring as I upgraded from the 3. Worth every penny!
