    I had gotten myself an oura ring and when my husband saw mine he wanted one for himself so we went and got him one and he is absolutely obsessed!     Absolutely love it!!! It’s got me moving more and my blood sugar levels are way below what they were before. I’ve noticed I’m trying to make the burned calories goal everyday I haven’t lost any weight yet but i also have congestive heart failure so i have to be careful.
