Love that the ring is automatic. Definitely suggest getting the plastic rings to know your right size. Only gotta charge it once a week and I love that I don’t have to do anything extra and it gives me great insight to what’s going on in my body.

This helps me track multiple health markers to stay on track and the app offers information and suggestions on how to improve.

Genuinely the best purchase I’ve ever made. My sleep has truly improved so much since getting my ring, something about seeing my previously poor sleeping habits really helped me kick it into gear. My only gripe is that I never get more than maybe 4 days of battery life since I’m a ring size 7 so I have a smaller battery. But it charges very fast so it’s not really a huge issue.

I have a smart watch and smart glasses, but my favorite wearable is the Oura ring. Since it tracks recovery and readiness, it actually gives me more helpful information for my fitness, than anything. I use it as my wedding band.

I love my oura ring and how well it keeps track of my sleep, body temp, movement, and recovery time. The process for coming to pick up my ring was quick and painless

It gives a lot of important information. It’s fun. The only problem that I see is that you can wear it when you do the dishes or other things because it gets scratch too easily.

I was hesitant to spend so much but don’t regret a penny! I love the sleep & stress tracking features. I can’t imagine my life without it.

Have nothing but amazing things to say about Oura. Its expensive… BUT HEAR ME OUT. What is better than being in-tune with your body. 12/10 would recommend anyone. If you are hesitant because of cost, pull the trigger and thank me later

Absolutely love this ring, got tired of wearing an Apple Watch or Garmin constantly and decided to swap over and so happy I did! Highly recommend for girlies to pair with Natural Cycles and look into the other integrations as well.

I love my Oura ring. It’s comfortable and doesn’t get in the way. I’m a server so mine has a few minor scratches now but it’s holding up great!!!

I really love this gadget. It’s incredible how it notice when something is happening to you but at the same time reminds me when to move, prepare to sleep, etc.

So far it has been good, pretty accurate. Just know that for the best use out of it you have to sing up to the subscription

I absolutely love my ours ring! I will say, the battery does not last me 8 days though. I probably get 5-6 days. I got the brushed silver, but it does still show scratches. Other than that, it is very accurate and comfortable! This is my first ring and I feel like it is more accurate that my Apple Watch as far as activity is concerned. I recommend.

Great fitness tracker. I use it more for recovery and sleep metrics. The only thing I don’t like is the battery life is very short.

This is my favorite feature! It doesn’t just tell you how long you slept, but how well you recovered. I now go to bed earlier just to earn a higher sleep score

Exactly as I expected. This ring passively records health data and gives you tips on how to better improve sleep, exercise, and inactive time. I am very happy with the size and durability as well!
