The ring was very accurate when comparing it to other tracking devices for fitness. I do believe the battery isnt as great as it was made out to be. Overall though, the ring is pretty good.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5 Stars) I rarely leave negative reviews, but after months of dealing with Oura’s customer support, I feel other potential customers deserve to know what my experience has been. I purchased my Oura Ring at full price because of the health tracking features it advertises. Unfortunately, many of the features I paid for simply have not worked correctly for months. My sleep data, time in bed, heart rate, readiness, and other important health metrics have frequently been inaccurate, incomplete, or missing altogether. To make matters worse, I have continued paying for the Oura Membership every month just to access data that has often been unusable. Paying both for the device and an ongoing subscription only to receive unreliable information is extremely frustrating. I contacted customer support months ago, and while the representatives have been polite, the actual resolution has been incredibly disappointing. Their latest response admits they still cannot tell me when the software update needed to fix my ring will even reach my device. After months of waiting, they still cannot provide a timeline. Yes, they offered me two complimentary months of membership, but that does not come close to compensating for months of paying for a product and subscription that have not delivered what was promised. What disappoints me the most is the lack of urgency. Customers who spend hundreds of dollars on a premium health device and continue paying a monthly membership should not have to wait months without a solution while being told to simply keep waiting. I expected a premium product backed by premium customer service. Instead, I’ve experienced delayed communication, ongoing technical problems, and no clear resolution in sight. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Oura at this time. I hope the company improves both the reliability of its product and the way it supports customers experiencing long-term issues. Amazing ring! The biometrics are the ones that i needed. Be sure to do the sizing first. Battery life is really great 5-6 days for me.
