Love the product but if you are between two sizes get the smaller one because your finger will get used to the ring and as the time passes it will fit looser, also if you really are into the gold/rosegold color, just get the Oura 5 because this rosegold fades away in the spam of 2 months into a BRONZE color, the product scratches really really easily, id recommend the silver one in the color fading will bother you because that one only gets scratched but the color doesn’t change, overall love the product and already upgraded to the oura 5 with the best buy 2 year warranty protection, so if you are going to spend 500 dollars on a ring just pay for the 99 dollars more and get the 2 year protection, they exchange it without question if you have a problem and have GREAT customer service.

I love this ring! It is so comfortable to wear and it keeps track of so much! It keeps track of my steps, my breathing, how well I am sleeping. I love it because it is not bulky and comfortable to sleep in. It is so much better than wearing a watch all of the time. I recommend this product as it is a game changer.
