This was an upgrade from my Oura 3. You can size down with this version. It also has a much better battery life.

I transionionef ftom the Oura # 3 whi h was perfect. I mow have the Oura ring 4 , love the impressive new features ! I chose the gold. The only problem gor me is the sizing . My 3 ring was a 7 fit perecy. I had to size up to an size 8 and still the fot is very snug on my mostly slender petite hands. MyOura Ring 3 had a more acommadsging shape. I find myself having to wet my fingers to remove the ring.

I got this for my fiancé and she has not stopped talking about it. She loves it. It shows her how well she sleeps and her exercise. She likes to watch her heart rate at different stress levels to see the difference.

Readings are accurate as far as i can tell. More insight into overall health than Apple watch 11. One drawback is ive yet to get 8 days of charging from it. The most iver received was roughly 3.5 days. App is good and easy to understand

My oura ring is awesome. I didn’t get the ceramic because the colors don’t really “match” an everyday outfit for me. I’m a gold-lover. However, after watching countless reviews, the gold and rose gold fade poorly. I opted for silver, which is also beautiful. Unfortuntately, the metal is soft and scratches easily. Otherwise, I’ve had no real issues. Got it with the $150 off sale, which you can’t really beat. Overall, I’d have to say that all tech can suffer wear-and-tear. A few scratches and $6 a month (really, guys, it’s only $6. Imagine buying a tv and complaining that you have to pay for cable/subscribtion services. This is how things work.) are worth what it does for you. I’m happy with my purchase.

I’ve had the ring for about a month. Readings seems really accurate. Love using it for my sleep tracking and cycle tracking. the app gives you tips on how to help your sleep and recovery.

Had an older generation and bought a replacement due to battery issues. So far so good. Make sure to get it fitted prior to purchase. We were able to use previous models size.

Junk - NOT EVEN CLOSE to being accurate. Requires additional purchases beyond their app subscription. First - The step counter is a JOKE. I've been using various step counted for more than 10 years. The Oura ring isn't even close to being accurate. I tested it while wearing THREE of my trusted step counters for 1 week. The three trusted step counters were all within 1% of each other. The Oura ring was 30% lower to 22% higher. It wasn't even consistent on it's flawed counting. Second - They say the battery lasts "up to" 8 days. I only get 4. Third - The Blood Oxygen. Again, it is all over the place. Much Higher to Much Lower as compared to my medical grade Blood Oxygen meter. Fourth - The Glucose reporting... There is NONE... Unless you BUY a Stelo "sensor" AND pay for their app. THEN you can link the Stelo app to your Oura app.... BUT there are issues with the Stelo "sensor". First it is a "sensor" NOT a continuous glucose monitor. A continuous glucose monitor MUST meed minimum standards for accuracy AND safety. There are many reviews saying the "Sensor" is not accurate and also many reviews about the sensor probe breaking off INSIDE your body requiring medical treatment (some causing infections). The Stelo "sensor" must also be replaced every TEN days. Stelo "says" it should last up to 14 days by it can be as few as 10 days. This information is even listed in their documentation. I know many people that wear a CGM and not once have I hears of anything breaking off inside their body. My Doctor has me take a glucose reading every day (using the finger sticks because they are most accurate and my condition isn't bad enough to require a CGM). IF Oura was a more reputable company they would allow us to use the Glucose data we ALREADY HAVE instead of PAYING even more for something that We DO NOT NEED. Oura CAN fix this and I would make my review 5 Stars. Updating the app to include used glucose information is not difficult. Fixing the Step Counter is even easier. According to reviews I read for the Oura 3 ring, the step counter was VERY ACCURATE. Oura chose to save a few pennies on the step counter and possibly getting paid by Stelo for making it the ONLY way to get glucose data to the app and made the Oura Ring 4 useless. This "could" be a great fitness ring, but as one of the most expensive rings to own, Oura need to make accuracy, safety, ease of use and allowing customers to enter their own data a top priority. IF Oura fixes these thing for the Oura 5 version I would upgrade to the Oura 5 IF it comes out soon. Otherwise I will be looking for another product.

This is the best product I’ve ever invested for my health. I thought I would get tired of wearing it but most of the time I forget it’s there. I def recommend

I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it. I tried it and for the 1st few days I was skeptical. After a week I noticed I did improve on my sleep and move habits. It’s also nice because it’s something different the wrist fitness trackers it’s both useful and fashionable.
