Love this product, and I didn’t even think I needed one!

Pretty handy. I like the personalized insights, wish they were a bit more personalized and varied though. The subscription fee is unnecessary but at least is HSA/FSA eligible. Powerful at detecting minor changes, very sensitive. While it is good to get a visual summary of how your body is feeling to force yourself to be kind to your body and listen to it from time to time in a busy stressful life, I'm not sure if it biases me to expect that because I'm not at a 100% or have "minor strains" I'll be extra tired that day (chicken and egg).

Very impressed with the Oura ring. The only thing I think it’s missing is blood pressure readings. Other than that I’m happy with my purchase

Great for tracking all things health wise including sleep, activity, stress levels, etc.

I am loving the oura ring so far. I have an Apple Watch but this ring gives you so much more information without having to charge everyday and always have on when your sleeping ect. It gives you insight into your sleeping habits and how to improve. Plus many many more things. I wasn’t sure I would be able to wear it because of the size but I don’t even notice it’s on anymore

Ring is Larger than expected but perfect fit light weight and more accurate info than iPhone

This Oura Ting is simply amazing! I am learning about my sleep patterns and how to increase my quality of sleep. I am able to use the data and learn how to get more deep sleep. Deep sleep rejuvenates our minds and renews our cells. I use the data to improve my sleep quality. I highly recommend this Oura Ting without reservation.

It takes some time to calibrate it, but overall is good.

Obsessed with my Oura ring! I had an Apple Watch for years but I love how the ring fits in more with my everyday outfits. I’ve found it to be super accurate & insightful about my activity, sleep, vitals, stress levels, etc. It’s comfortable & the battery lasts days. I love love love it!

The oura ring is good for tracking stress, sleep and steps. But I was kind of disappointed and feel it doesn’t live up to the hype. The gold scratches way too easy, and you have to pay for a monthly subscription which is fine but again, I don’t think is worth it. My Apple watch does basically the same thing. That being said I do love the insight I get about my body, stress levels and the sleep scores. Would I purchase again? Probably not but I already paid for it and will continue to use it.

I love this ring! It’s definitely a bit on the pricey side, but I much prefer it’s features to the fit bit & it’s look to the Apple Watch. It’s aesthetic and comfortable AND shares all the data I was looking for. It’s brought great insight to my routines, especially sleep!

Much better than to my previous Oura 4 nine month after to replaced another one but new Oura 4 a month ago.
