I love this ring! It is so comfortable to wear and it keeps track of so much! It keeps track of my steps, my breathing, how well I am sleeping. I love it because it is not bulky and comfortable to sleep in. It is so much better than wearing a watch all of the time. I recommend this product as it is a game changer.

I bought htis for my wife for her birthday. She loves it. She really wanted it to track her sleep. But there are so many other great features that she loves. The only things that she would like better would be for it to be a little thinner. Other than that she loves it.

If you don't have a smart watch to keep track of your activity, this is the ring for you. It helps with tracking activity, sleep, heart rate, stress. There are numerous more options that are available, but these are primarily what I use it for. The battery will last for days on a charge before it needs to be charged and it charges very fast. Overall, it is a very nice ring and is very durable. I did get a cover to put over mine to keep it from getting scratched up on anything.

I have this ring for a little over 2 weeks and I like the design of it and I don’t really notice that I am wearing it because it is pretty light weight. However the app I am still trying to get used to and not really sure if I like its layout yet but I do like the fit and design of the ring itself , I have notice it does scratch very easy.

Love this ring! At first I was hesitant because of the reviews. However, I love that it tracks my sleep and tells me my readiness for my day! I can barely feel the ring on my finger at night. Also their is a subscription for every thing so that really doesnt bother me. I haven’t had any scratches but I have brought ring covers from Amazon, if I want to change from silver to gold or vice versa.

So far, I’m enjoying the Oura Ring. I was more hyped before getting it than I am now after using it for a few weeks, but it’s still a great tool. I’m giving it time to fully get to know my body and align all the data—it’s clear that the insights get better the longer you use it. At this stage, I’d say it’s a nice-to-have, not a necessity. If you're into weightlifting, the ring definitely takes some getting used to. It’s not perfectly optimized for that kind of movement yet, but I’m curious to see how it adapts over time. Pro tip: get a cover for it as soon as possible! It'll protect the ring from scratches and help it stay in great shape.

I was worried ab it being too bulky and in the way but it actually doesn’t at all. It’s very comfortable and way better that wearing an Apple Watch all the time. Would highly recommend.

Because it’s a ring, it’s very discreet — no screen, no “watch” look. Compared to many smartwatches, having up to a week of battery is a strong plus, especially since you don’t have to “charge every night.

Works incredibly well, very accurate compared to other rings is the best. There’s a monthly subscription for the app, not that expensive but is totally worth it, since it gives you lots of information, advice and tracks more stats. The battery lasts about a week using it constantly and charges extremely fast.

I used to wesr an apple watch but i found it wouldnt accuratrly track my walking. It also would need to be charged every night otherwise id go a full day without tracking my activity. With the ring lasting 7 days, bettet tracking and overall more aesthetically pleasing, im happy!

I have enjoyed my Oura ring to use for wellness related features such as the step counting, sleep and stress tracking. Helps me to figure out what in my routine I should be changing. I typically need to charge it once a week but the charging only takes ~20 minutes. It does however get scratched easily which is something that does not bother me but may be important to note.
