Love this ring, tracks sleep, workouts, walking, and even tells me when I am starting to get sick. Only removed one star because it scratches extremely easily when weight lifting and I recommend that they sell some type of guard for us active gym people lol

Im in love with my oura ring. Hands down much better than an apple watch. I love tracking my sleep, and my active calories that im burning through the day. I mainly use this for sleep and tracking my periods, It lets me know exactly the date that i will be expecting it. Lots of people say that its bulky but it just another staple ring i wear everyday!

Love this, been using previous gen for a while now. Battery lasts about 6 days for me, the stats are spot on. This one runs true to size since it doesnt have the little nubs on the inside.

I was hesitant to make such a big purchase for the Oura Ring but ever since I did I have loved every minute of it. I wear it constantly and I love getting to check out all the different scores from the day before and learning how to improve my overall health based off these scores.
