It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review, but if I can make one person reconsider buying this product, I can sleep better at night. I purchased my first Oura ring in January 2025 and absolutely loved it: sleek design, accurate (enough) with sleep tracking and other statistics. I own an Apple Watch and have no complaints about it, except the discomfort when sleeping, so this ring felt like a useful addition to my health-related tech. For 5-6 months, all was well until it slipped off my finger and I couldn’t find it in my apartment. I checked high and low and couldn’t find it. I used the Oura app, and the last known location was my apartment complex, but it didn't provide anything more specific like Apple's Find My feature, nor did it make any sound to help locate it. The ring eventually died, and I couldn’t do anything more to find it. I paid $80 for the 2 year protection from Geek Squad, but loss is not covered. Just like that, I was out of $400+. 6 months pass, and it’s Christmas 2025. I got a giftcard for Christmas and decided, why not get another Oura Ring and do my absolute best to keep up with it? There’s no way I can lose two $400 rings in the span of a year. I was wrong. Less than 2 months later, I’m doing my regular weekend cleaning and wearing my ring. I go to toss out the trash, and the ring slips off and down the trash chute. In a panic, I rush to the trash room, hoping to recover it using the Oura App, again to no avail. I reach out to Best Buy and Oura, neither can do anything, even with the protections I paid for (twice). To make a very long story short, if you plan to use this ring for more than just sleeping, buy something else. The sleek design is stunning, but if you can't use it without fear of scratching it or slipping off at the gym, school, work, or at home, is it worth it?. There are Reddit threads of people describing similar circumstances as I have, and I wish I trusted them. I’m out $800 in a year as a grad student and back to using my trusty Apple Watch (which now has a sleep score and other features Oura has). The best Oura will offer you for your trouble is $50-75 off a new ring.

The Oura Ring is a game changer. It tracks stress, sleep, heart rate, and activity with impressive accuracy. The readiness score and personalized health insights help me make better choices daily. It even warns me early if I’m getting sick. Battery lasts all week, I only charge it briefly on weekends. I never take it off. Love it!

works amazing, i love the app its super easy to use and the ring feels like nothing! just be aware it scratches easily so its not good for lifting or climbing (i use it for both and its starting to look rough). its sleek and pretty lokey, so its good if you want something to track you at a more dressy place.

I found that the Oura ring was a very attractive ring, (Wasn't expecting to like the looks one way or another, but it's simple and classy.) I find myself checking my "stats" a couple of times a day, to see if I'm making progress. (To my surprise, I am.) And I have had numerous people notice my Oura, and ask me my thoughts. It was a very good purchase!

The design won me over immediately. It looks like a normal ring — clean, minimalist, and surprisingly lightweight. After the first day, I stopped noticing it was there. I can sleep, shower, and work out with it on without ever feeling like I’m wearing tech.

The brushed silver looks great; esp. for a man's ring, and gets compliments. I wear it on the left index finger and don't find it uncomfortable. The ring is easy to pair with the Oura app. I especially appreciate the sleep monitoring functions and the new ability to pair with a Stelo glucose monitor.

I’ve been using the Oura Ring 4 and really like it so far. It’s comfortable to wear, tracks sleep and recovery in detail, and gives helpful daily insights. The app is easy to use and motivating.

Love this ring! I was a little skeptical as I was coming from a Apple Watch to a ring! However, I was not disappointed!! The try-ons are stiff and not comfortable. However, the ring is so soft, comfortable, and easy to wear. Love all the detailed readings as well. Highly recommended!

Got this for my wife. Mainly to track her sleep but overall she loves it. It can scratch kind of easy which is my only complaint but works perfect for what she needed it for. Thinking of getting myself one next.

I love my Oura ring, it is more fashionable than a smart watch and super comfortable. My only complaint is that it does scratch easily. I would recommend to purchase the sizing kit before buying the ring and wearing for an entire day to make sure the sizing is correct.

Do not hesittate. This has been the best health related item I have purchased. It tracks so much and learns your body the more you wear it. I use it with my Apple Watch to get the most accurate readings and its lifechanging if you care about tracking sleep, body temp, exercise, heart rate, body readiness, and so much more! I have no regrets. Yes, there is a subscription but with what you get out of the ring, I do not even care about it. Well worth everything.

Nice looking ring! my fiancé loved it, however, the tracking system that comes with the ring never seemed to work as it was misplaced a couple times at home, yet the tracking within the app wasn’t useful. Luckily, we located it ourselves. For a ring that cost $500, it should have a working tracking system. It also scratches easily so the shine will fade with multiple scratches.

So far I have been very pleased with my purchase as I’ve been looking at the ring for a while. Since it came out with a newer version, I went ahead and took the chance it has been very accurate. Looks nice charging long lasting. It is definitely given me a lot more insight to my sleeping and my daily activity. I do have the Apple ultra to watch so it adds to this.

It’s definitely an investment, but for me, it’s been totally worth it.”

I recently got the Oura Ring 4 in brushed silver, and I love it! The color is so nice and fancy, it looks like jewelry but also tracks everything I need. It feels really comfortable and light, and I forget I’m even wearing it most of the time. The setup was super easy, and the sizing kit helped me get the perfect fit. I’ve been using it to track my sleep, steps, and recovery, and it’s been really accurate so far. I’m very happy with this purchase, it looks great and works great too!

I love using the Oura ring. It has helped tremendously with my sleep cycle. I have high cortisol and this is helping me figure out my stress times and heart rate that is affected by it as well.

I've been eyeballing this ring for a few months now and finally pulled the trigger on getting it, I've loved it since. It's incredibly accurate and gives me insight to bettering my health. Sleep, HRV, HR, resilience, even glucose if you have one of those patches! I think it's 100% worth the money and can't recommend it enough!
